Oh well its now the 4hr limit so I guess i'll be taking his turn

A Car not built for drifting but its good for drifting.

Toyota COROLLA LEVIN GT-APEX (AE86) '83, Toyota SPRINTER TRUENO GT-APEX (AE86 Shuichi Shigeno Version) '00 or Toyota SPRINTER TRUENO GT-APEX (AE86) '83? It was never really intended for drifting, yet you all know what and how it came to be that it turned out to be a drifter's choice. It's still nothing more than a cartoon to me, tbh. Just because I grew up with Spongebob Squarepants it doesn't mean I want a car that looks exactly that way, nor can I per definition see the point in it.

Subaru Impreza WRX STI' 07
Technically built as a WRC car, ended becoming a drifter's choice..

SRT Viper SRT-10 Coupe (Alvin Redund approves of this name). Powerful machine which somehow became the choice of various drifters.

Blitz Dunlop ER34 (D1GP) '07. Ken Nomura's car wasn't quite suited for drifting originally (Being a big 4 door sedan Skyline and stuff), the mad scientists at Blitz perfected it over the years though.

Pontiac GTO '04. Machine that became rather popular for this drifting gig.

Ok, reasoning for my riddle.
"A car in the present, (present = today)
Coming down from the city. (predecessor was the Honda City)
Two main evolutions it underwent, (went through 2 facelifts/revamps)
It's described as only as, well, itty-bitty." (itty-bitty = small = kei car)

"Fueled by ambitions, (Honda, powered by dreams/ambitions)
Driven by the name of a Ferrari. (FF drivetrain)
The rebirth of a letter, the best of 3 editions, (rebirth of the "K" or kei car; it's the Today G, the top of the line version)
Ended because of life, I'll be sorry." (replaced by the Honda Life)

Manufacturer:
- "The 4th letter of alphabet" (4th letter of the WORD alphabet which is H)
Car:
- "in this day and age" (synonym for today)
Year:
- "a biprime number" and "Some Salt with Your Coffee?" (85 is a biprime number; 85C Bakery Cafe serves coffee with salt)

Hope this clears it up! (My signature had the answer... :P "Today's the day...")

Ford GT LM Race Car Spec II '04?
Ford GT LM Spec II Test Car '05?
It looks like RCG has strike again, you're correct
Explanation
Of course the GT LM Test Car is not built for drifting but with skills in drifting, you can assume that this car is going to drift.

and within 2 guesses too.
Anyway; PO. I'm going to bed soon, so with that 4 hour rule; it's kinda pointless for me to make a riddle.

As seen with the last riddle, you need to provide the car's full name and year. Some people still put things like "Honda Fit", "Chevy Camaro" and "Corvette".
"Ford gt spec || thing" did not suffice. As you could see, that answer was not accepted. The next guess was "Ford GT LM Spec II Test Car '05" which was correct. Ford has many GT Spec II things. I'm just saying this as a riddler and fellow guesser. Makes life a tad easier! ;)
