Ya. Get photo editing app then get photo bucket app and upload it pic there. Then under the info of the pic copy the direct URL. Then paste it in the image link option when ur posting a reply.

I use picture magic app for my iPod. Works pretty good.

Just look on the Android Marketplace for photo editing applications. There should also be one for an image uploading site too, surely.
