Have you ever died in a dream?

No. But I've almost died in a dream where I was in 3rd person view in my basement with everything off except for the TV with GT4 playing (by itself). There was a Camaro LM Race Car on Sarthe, and suddenly the car just comes out of the screen. I start screaming hysterically, then the car is about to hit me and I wake up. That's one of the scariest dreams I've had.

I've fought aliens as one if the last remaining humans on earth.. I've fought crazed zombies with wafer thin razor sharp swords, I've fought mutant gangsters that club people to death with sledgehammers... but I've never died, at worst I've been the last man standing.

I once dreamed the missus was an unstoppable assassin of possibly alien origin, hell-bent on my death... but I won her over... .. and this was before we were together.... (and then we split up, and I nearly died, but that was IRL.. so it doesn't count.)

I've died twice(that I can remember). One was getting getting run over by a train. The other was me flying a helicopter, and then getting blown up. Also, ever since I dislocated my thumb(about 6 months ago), I've had tons of dreams where I break my fingers.

So many times I can't even remember. My most infamous death, however, would be around 8-9 years ago where I had a dream of myself being eaten by a whale while playing on my PS2 on a boat.

I know I voted no in the poll, though I guess I can say I did, kinda.

It started out like it was an advertisement on TV showing all these random people with a little flag at the bottom showing which country they were from. Then next thing I know, I was in a stadium in line with a few people I know, and a whole lot of people I didn't. So then some guy starts walking down the row with a handgun shooting each person in the head and he gets to me and shoots me which causes me to spin around. I don't exactly die, however I'm laying on the ground and my eyes are fluttering, which weirdly, I was just waking up and my eyes were fluttering open. I always found that one weird.

Many different things have happened to me. I've been crushed by a falling building. I've been shot. I've been mauled by a bear. I've fallen to my death.

Lots of different things. Most of the time, I wake up right when I "die". No out-of-body experience or whatever. I don't believe that "if you die in your dreams, you die for real" otherwise I wouldn't be here typing this.

I used to have a strange thing with road safety adverts as a young child, so many of my dreams were going out for a walk and being dragged onto the road by an invisible force. I often got run over multiple times and I could feel a blunt pain as it was happening... looking back at it it sounds quite disturbing.

When I was younger, I played Resident Evil 2 for the first time. I kept on trying to re-watch the opening scene because it was so cool. That night when I fell asleep, I dream that I was in that game but sadly a zombie ate me as soon I ran into a Cop car.

I once had a dream that Colin Mcrae drove me up to the moon in a corolla rally car. He said get out ill follow so i got out,he then proceeded to drive off and when he looked back his face was like the grim reapers. I then woke up but i just thought id share.
