Why all the Chrysler hate? Let me guess, your basing it off of the useless PT Cruiser, instead of the rather fun to drive 300C...

Heal: Chrysler
Hurt: Citroën

Heal: Toyota

Fun is in the feel of the beholder (I suppose)? But I don't find the 300C to be a fun car.

Oh, and killing Ferrari? Anybody got an actual reason to kill arguably the most loved car maker in existance?

*Or is it because a certain English fellow made fun of them....

When did we need to justify our likes/dislike towards a manufacturer to get approval?

Besides, if Ferrari had as much love as people thought it did, everyone would've healed it to immunity first. It had its fair chance like all the other manufacturers at 20 points, yet rarely did anyone healed it. That is the people's decision, folks.

I was just really amazed to see Ferrari dead so quickly, and couldn't figure out why...

If ferrari is dead it's because of an article where someone from the press complain on ferrari. I didnt read it, since I'm interested in car and not how they sell/promote there car.

And why not discuss ? it's a forum, if we want to speak we have the right to I think :P
Also another thread is out of question it will be deleted by mods right away.

Haters gonna hate. The people can decide whether they can like or dislike a manufacturer, and this time they voted no for Ferrari. Must Ferrari be loved by everyone simply based on its brand name?

Not to derail this topic too much, but when I've never driven a Ferrari before, how do I know whether I like the car's performance or not? I do know I dislike it for the price tag in real life, but that's just my opinion.

I think maybe you are missing the point a little too, it's about the cars in GT5, not real life. I think you'll find most of us haven't driven a Ferrari in real life ;-)

My point was that these threads are cool to gauge the popularity of the GT5 tracks and car manufacturers, but sometimes it seems all about bashing a marques just to see it die, which seems a little infantile to me.

People pounce on it because they can, not because they think they are poor cars. I mean seriously? If anything I prefer Lamborghini to Ferrari in general, but in the context of GT5 it seems kinda bogus that Ferrari has been "killed" and Lamborghini "saved". Is the Scion in GT5 better than ALL of the Ferraris?

Maybe people just don't like Ferrari in GT5. Don't doubt the stats. The stats don't lie.

(rolls eyes) OK Ferrari's "death" is genuinely due to individual opinion. Hey you're right, terrible cars, i'm sure it's a really genuine indication of their popularity and quality in GT5. Why did you have to include Ferrari at all Kaz? Why? WHYYYY??? (Shakes fist eastwards)

^You. Make me a sammich. I lol everytime I see that Toyota was saved. Maybe people like the under dogs.

Relax. This thread isn't a matter of life and death. /badpun

It wouldn't kill one of these guys to spend five seconds to explain their decision to kill Ferrari, especially since a few people seem really annoyed about it.

Honestly Ferrari shouldn't have died, I think it should've lived for just the P4 and F1's. That is why I vote Nissan up, it may have 50 Skylines/ GTRS, but it has a great selection of race cars. (R92CP, R89C, Falken GTR, etc.) Just my two cents.
