Don't outbrake yourself or this will happen! :grumpy: (Edit: divebombing will result in the same thing! :irked:)

Lot's of light braking involved with them pesky FF cars I guess.

Also:

HOW DID HE GET AWAY WITH THAT ???

Carb copped a penalty for it, yes. This was stock Japanese cars on CS tyres but still it's not dissimilar to what will happen :P. Daxes series it was JRCC or something.

I was tapping the brake to try not get run into Daxes Rx7 but it failed.. :( Still that Jordan skills pulled her back :P.

Stock Japanese Machines with CS tyres on Suzuka?

Mmmmmm :P

Ran in the Pure spec Silvia S15 series a while back, I only raced in Suzuka. Came in 5th place, it is rather chaotic to be on T1 with three other cars in close quarters.

Yes I checked although it was in D2 (13th overall) out of 16 finishers.

You got a penalty for something too.. Naughty boy. D1 guys are fast huh :P, aswell as Joshua and Sail.

Don't quite remember why but I did get a penalty :P

Still your welcome to join some of our GT6 ventures if you like :). I know we're thinking of a few tuning prohibited races with some of the new cars ;).

If it involves SRT Vipers and Vettes, I'm sold

Still not a PURE series, guys. Talk about PURE in PURE.

Anyways, Suzuka's easy. It's a flowing track, so divebombing is hard. However, there's drafting, so passing is relatively easy anyways.

The best idea is to try to follow closely behind someone, getting closer in each corner without hitting them, and then make an honestly well-planned pass. So, please don't go about braking too late (as Paul so kindly explained) nor jumping on the smallest opportunity that will close. This isn't mini-golf with that windmill thing. A crash here is extremely costly because of the sandtraps. It'll cost you more like 30 secondsn rather than two or three.

So, it's fastest to stay on the track. I'm not even going to bother watching for corner-cutting this week, because that is the worst idea at this track; sand-traps cost a lot of time. Feel free to use the whole track, but not more than.

I love being the devil's advocate, so I'll point out that turn one being both a downhill and banked turn makes it faster than you'd expect.

This. And, fast corners are the worst for divebombing - it will rarely (almost never) work. And, if it does, the other driver will still probably be frustrated with you.

Mind tellng me whats so funny, gigglemaster?

Open lobby going up.

55's are a joke.

Also, something I've noticed was the amount of blocking. I think some of you guys need to learn that going across the track and door banging isn't ok... Especially stewards.

I'm might come in nas, gimme your setup, btw the enduro yesterday was interesting, I was the fastest by about 2 tenths a lap, but a bad strategy messed me up

55's obviously arent a joke, as this is the general lap time.

Racing drvers dirty results in drivers racing you dirty.

Really don't think anything wrong was done. Had I not caught up to you so fast I wouldn't have tried it. You should really fix your connection though, you lagged in race three that made my car completely stop.

Thing is though, you had tossed some blocks before I passed you, so the pass you're referring to was a bit related to your comment. I would like to make sure you know I did not take away your first good finish. If you were going to get a good finish you wouldn't have finished 45+ seconds behind me when the pass only cost you a max of 5.

Yes but keep in mind that that wasnt a good passing zone, and you took me out infront of a pack, aswell as dirtying the tires and ruining my racing line there.

And as for the lag, it is improving week by week, trying new things, trashing old ones. Its all trial and error. And it, once again, isnt just me, there are things called lag wavs, or lag surges, where on guy lags, making another lag, and another until it surges through the field, causing lag spikes. I do apologise for the Race three lag block.

I made a couple passes at turn one, you just didn't want to cooperate.

At this point in the game there isn't much of a excuse for lag... You're the only person that has a big lag problem. Also, when everyone on your screen lags; that's you lagging.

The thing was, when I caught up to you a couple of laps later after you lagged into me, you tried to block me like a moron. I was side by side with you and you just came down and door slammed me! You wouldn't stop! Then in the braking zone you banged into my rear!
