Well, back into Gran Turismo.
I been a fan since GT2 came out. I loved it, GT3, and even GT4 kept me interested for five years though the non removable "stability control" was a serious downer.
I then got into "real" sim racing but November, 2011 tried Gran Turismo again. Well, I got a PS3 and GT5 and the ffb and feel sucked so bad I went back to PC gaming again.
Last week I decided to try it again and though only had it working one night (monitor that could run it had bad caps and died, lol.), it was enough to find the feel is MUCH better then it was a year or so ago.
At the moment I am waiting to get a TV that can run it and also a new headset which should be here if all goes well within the next two weeks. I do miss running the Nordschleiffe in many of my favourite cars (I tend to like the used stuff, old stuff, and budget stuff.) and look forward to doing it again.
I've checked into this forum many times over the years and finally decided to join as I been finding a LOT of useful info here.
Cheers!!
