Watch the video first to make sense of the story...
Not sure if any of you guys watch(ed) Seinfeld but I normally got some good laughs out of it.
I recall an episode where Jerry was at a rental car desk complaining about a reservation not being reserved and told Elaine what the supervisor and desk agent talk about behind the glass.
The next week, I did the same thing except slightly changed it for the situation. A guy on the bus had been a bit upset for some reason I can't recall. He was in the back and I was in the front with a friend who had never watched a single episode of Seinfeld and I told him, "Hey Nick, watch this..."
I positioned myself where I was looking at the fraught kid in the back and Nick's back to him and I continued as so:
Me: "So I watched this episode of Seinfeld last week and saw something pretty funny. Just do what I do and this will be hilarious."
Nick: "Sure."
Me: "Okay, act like I'm talking with you about (name), and he's gonna think that I'm talking about him."
Nick: "Oh, okay."
Me: "Now, I'm gonna talk for a few seconds like so, and now I'm gonna point at him by moving my head forwards."
Me: (Nods to move head in a pointing direction)
Me: "Now I want you to turn around and stare for only 1 second, and shake your head in a yes manner as if you agree with me like I am describing him."
Nick: "Yeah, I see what you mean."
Me: "Okay, wait for it... 3... 2.. 1."
Fraught guy: "(My name), you got something you want to tell me or keep it to yourself?!?"
Me and my friend died laughing the next day after he went home and watched the video on YT, and I eventually told the guy what I was saying. I was surprised that it actually worked, as I didn't even plan it.
