High School

Had a monster cookout in Auto Tech today. Had over 40 hot dogs and 32 hamburgers, 16 bottles of pop, chips/cheese puffs etc. Ate 5 hot dogs, a burger, a plate full of cheese puffs, and 6 glasses of pop. I was stupid full after XD. And to top that off there was leftovers XD

At first I thought that said that YOU had 40 hot dogs and 32 hamburgers.

Homecoming tonight.

Last night at the homecoming game our school lost and I can't tell you how much it doesn't matter to me, if that makes sense, but I think a lot of people were disappointed.

Found my hat for school hat days

I understand as I to don't care about the sports in my school. Partly because I'm not sporty and partly because the people who do the sports are pricks.

Thankfully I have 2 petrol head friends. Neither of which like ricers. :D

Luckily my weight lifting teacher likes cars, but sadly I'm transferring out of his class because I suck at weight lifting.

A lot of people at my school don't like cars, and the few who do have no clue what there talking about anyways do I guess it's for the best... But up at tech there's quite a few people who are into cars AND know what they're talking about. Another reason I love tech. :)

You know a girl named Andrea?

The biggest 'petrol head' (what an odd expression) at my school is my Physics teacher. He has a Kia Sportage (he calls it White Fury) that's lifted, has offroad tires, and racing seats, a Pathfinder, and a BMW. He lived in Europe for the past ten years, and he's videotaped himself driving his BMW on the Autobahn, which he showed to the class. He claims he went up to 140. :dopey:

Miles per hour or kilometers?

Homecoming was so boring. It was a bunch of rap music, that's all they played. We tried to leave but couldn't find a few people from our group so it took a while. That was frustrating.

One thing really made the night interesting. One girl in our group is the most beautiful girl I have ever seen. It's so strange, she's a band girl, extremely smart, and she's very nice. At my school, good looks don't often come with brains and all the other stuff. She looked amazing in her homecoming dress, and it drove me crazy! I wanted to tell her how great she looked but I didn't want to seem weird. I could have gone on to her all night. Honestly, I have never seen a girl so beautiful. It is torture being around her every day knowing that I'll never get to date her. Friend zone sucks.

I'm the only guy who knows what hes talking about here lol. Its quite amusing watching someone strut around cause they've got a 355 SBC....news flash they ain't got balls in stock form..

And oh....the amount of arguments I've gotten with people over a Dodge 360 and how they think it's a Hemi because it wears a Hemi badge and plastics....Again news flash the heads don't have hemispherical combustion chambers. They stopped doing that in the '70s with the 426. That was the last "true" hemi. Tye 318/360 combo have never been Hemis. Dodge just brands them that way so they sell...

Not exactly high school, but people in my school only know three cars. The Veyron, "a Ferrari something," and their parents' car.

Same, if they're lucky a Lamborghini. Ask them what a McLaren MP4-12C is and they'll be dumbfounded

That pretty much applies to every guy here as well. They only know Veyrons, Bentlies, whatever car their parents may have, Mustangs, and if you're lucky, a specific Ferrari. :indiff:

One of my friends doesn't know what a GTR or Maserati is. *head desk*

I'm pretty lucky at my school, there's about 5 of us real petrol heads, and a few that are a bit interested. So I can usually find a decent car conversation.
