I've been trying to imagine in my head how those clips would work...and I can't figure it out. But this is definitely Tire Rack's wrong doing and not Satisfied. Some guy must've come into work with a hangover and grabbed the wrong package. But there's a hole in the plastic, so somebody obviously checked the parts. Iono.

My answer really wasn't all sarcasm, believe it or not! It was only about 30% sarcasm. What I did was sum up all our feelings (even without consulting!) in a roundabout way. May be hard to interpret, sure, but I said what I meant without saying what everyone else already said.

We're happy here, eh?

Satisfied seems to make some good parts... I've got Gran Sport 5's on the front of the Talon.

Lemme know how you like them on (Your new car? I've been gone for the past month - What'd you get?).

The anti-rice subwoofer...

It was a gift. MTX has managed to make this 10" (with a 10" passive radiator) weigh under 20 pounds with its own 100 watt amp, 300 watt max capacity, built-in crossover control, boost, and volume, and the remote control up front which relieves the hassle of digging through the head unit to make adjustments. It all works perfectly, and it's even got an "auto-on" feature where it turns on automatically when it receives signal to reduce heat and interference. Overall the quality is excellent, sounding and looking like a factory unit with no vibration, distortion, or droning. It does struggle to voice notes under ~40Hz, but everywhere else it packs loudness and quality together very nicely. It also comes with 2 sets of mounts for horizontal or vertical installation (I chose vertical) and its mounted firmly and isn't going anywhere. Can't beat free stuff!

Oh, and yes, less than 20 pounds. So basically it's like having a gallon of milk and some grocery bags.

The little squares are for switches and stuff. I don't exactly know what would go there though. I do know there's a thingie next to my power mirror thing, and that's for the foglight switch. I figured cutting a little tiny hole in one of them would be alright since I'll have another in the future when I put in my foglights.

So having a subwoofer in your boot is "rice"?
Well, considering how "performance oriented" he is ( He considered his del sol to be more "perfomance oriented" exterior wise than a near stock looking eg civic because it was dirty and the civic was clean) it should be rice to his standards.

Personally I do consider it a bit rice, but some rice is acceptable.

That's true. I remember his contemplating the weight of wheels at one stage, now rather than ripping all his stereo stuff out, he's adding more!

But I have no problem with adding a subwoofer - I think it's important for car audio. However, I think I get the "anti-rice" thing now, as more than one subwoofer is not necessary - and anything mounted to stand out (with mirrors, lights, etc.) is not necessary either.

Hopefully I'm not becoming sophisticated. That would be awful. Should I start hitting stuff in my interior to make it all rattle? Now that I've got this car I kind of like the idea of a car that has working air conditioning and a good stereo and gumball tires and a stiff suspension. Especially considering that most girls despise cars that aren't the slightest bit comfortable. I'd never tune it to impress them, obviously, but at least they won't hate it.

Looks like a clean installation.

Im pretty sure there where bumper pole switches that went in those block off plates that you cut. I think there was also seat heating as an option also. And a retractable aerial i think?

Took my muffler off yesterday to replace a dif mount, sounded sweet... up until around 4k. Then sounded like crap. Really raspy and awful, but not nearly as loud as you would think. If it wasn't for the sounding awful part I'd have left it off.

It's funny and irritating at the same time. I think my PC is doing errors or there is something wrong with GTP but there isn't. lol

Apparently she's my soon-to-be ex-girlfriend.

Which sucks. I'm never posting another picture on the internet. Ever.

I'm just kidding, and no, she's not. I have an EM1, dude. Hot chicks know awesome cars when the see one. :sly:

Actually she's Blackbird's sister.
