Ultra, I can appreciate your fondness for the equine set, but please, not in GT5...or any GT for that matter. That being said, get a Dreamcast, there are actual ... HORSE RACING GAMES (!!)
for that console. Beyond that, get a copy of Test Drive: Le Mans and knock your self out learning the ins and outs of certain tracks with out having to do the whole mileage marker reset of GT4

I think there should be a horse mode.

Like cars, horses are a popular mode of transport.
However, I don't think there is a game in the market for customised horse racing. I think there should be a mode in GT5 where you can race horses around the circuits.
PD could use this to appeal to me and the millions of horse lovers around the world. This could even create a whole new market of gamers, who have bought a console solely for the horses.

I absolutely love horses, and this would add a lot of variety to the game.

Edit: Forgot to specify that it would be a bad idea to race cars and in the same race, so I think horse mode should be wholly separate from the car bit.
Instead of changing oil you could buy more hay.

Edit: And you could race horses around the circuits that the cars race on.

I think it would be good if you had to unlock this mode too.

Naw, to much of a sniper map, everybody would use auto snipers or the damn awp. Drive bys would be fun though, fire the chain gun at people while going 200MPH+

Since we all want the most HP we can get:

instead of credits, we win horses.
horses can pull the cars (buggy style) instead of engines.
you purchase horses (and/or use the ones that came with the car) and you can have true HP races.....as a bonus, you would always know the HP of your car AND the AI
...and last but not least...with a damage module, you could sell your horses if needed to repair your car with premium glue! 👍

- no exotic arabian horses.
- 9 horses with the same color and preformance have slightly difirent hoofs.
- the complete legacy of the japanese grassline horse (as if we care).

and finally

- concept horses with 6 legs and 2 tails unable to be raced (ow jolly).

You're so right Danny, a horse mode is a must! When you go into the pits, they could change your horse shoes and feed the horse carrots! I think it'd be good to choose the jokeys outfit too, theres nothing worse ith a Jokey who doesn't match your horse.

I also used to lay down on longboards going down hills, that was fun too, maybe they should add that mode as well.
