No. Where in GT4 were there widewhitewall tires and Black steel wheels?

It may be manipulated, of that I'm not sure. But, it looks pretty damn cool.

Skip, This one's for you:
Sweet! You don't see hardly as many of the early Chargers as you do of the '68 up, always nice to see one nicely taken care of!

(I wish there were more mopar magazines in the newsstands around here)

Yeah, there's not too much publicity for the '67. It's kinda odd to see one with steelies and Wide whites, but it actually looks pretty good.

Wow! nice '67 Photoedit!

I think the '68-70 models are best known for their movie exploits (Fast and Furious, Dukes of Hazzard, Bullitt) and the 71-on models were known because Petty drove one, But the '66-67 isn't known. good job!

:odd: Um... this isn't the questionable mod thread... :dopey:

Do you realize the amount of work that went into that car? The guy who built it cut the trunk off a '59 oldsmobile and then took a good chunk from the center and welded the sides back together. The trunk even opens. He welded the rear assembly to a couple pieces of sheet metal and a cowl and worked them to blend in the lines. Cheater slicks, open headers, Flake paint, and a nice V8. What more could a guy want?

I agree here. It's one of the original-style customs.

though, now that I think about it...sometimes "Ricers" go that route....

Yes, but this car's light weight and tripower smallblock means that it can go like stink.

Here's something that could also work in the Imports thread, but is far too cool for that thread.

This car was apparently built by Soichiro Honda using a Curtiss Jenny Engine and a Mitchell chassis.

Time for some clean 'birds!

Shaved handles.

This one would be much better with a slightly lower stance.

A 351 for circle-track duty

It is a '90 but the nose piece is for a 95-97 which is why the hood is a bit off. Also, the carb is too close to the hood to the filter is mounted to the hood with a foam spacer between the carb/hood, which explains the odd air cleaner angle. Still cool.

Old School Lowriders! I love it!

And I concur about the drool on the keyboard.

The Gold one? I'm not sure. Honestly, I don't know very much about mid 60's Chryslers.

Ah. Now that I think about it, they do look like they're from a late 50s or early 60s 300.
