Welcome to GTPlanet, 350nova. (I assume that you either have a nova, or really like the Nova and its brethren) :)

Sadly, I don't have any more pics at the moment.

Ah, A studebaker! Too boyd-ish, but at least it has a good paintjob.
Is that one of those rolling 93 thunderbird abominations?

I dont know. I hope not! :scared:
Alls I know is its the Frankenstude, the awesomest Stude out there, and, when I remembered it today, one of my favoritest cars ever!

Local Cruise-in that they have every Saturday at 5pm. Anyone in the Pensacola area?? It's right on Nine Mile Road if you ever want to go. Not very many cars though. I got there at 7.

I just got this from a friend, from another forum... I'd post it in the import thread, but... no. :P

Here's one just like the baby I use to have:
3rd_gen_stock3.jpg

She was a 1989 Pontiac Firebird Formula 350, complete with T-Tops and a TH700R4 tranny. She was all stock (except for a set of Cragar S/S rims) and in stock form no stock 5.0 could beat her off the line. Sadly, driving 45 mph, slowly accelerating on to the Interstate in the rain, the Posi worked too well and she wound up going out of control. I regained control about 20 yards from a light pole going 40 mph. It would figure, too; the one time I'm driving in that car civilized and she gets totalled.

A couple of years later I came across one of these:
final_left_front_low.jpg

Mine was all black, though. I blew up the 307 and my friend and I dropped in a Rocket 350. I had not the money to repay him for the engine so I gave the car to him, and he promptly dumped a good running car in favor of a non-running 1986 Celica All-Trac. The Cutlass needed only a radiator and an exhaust, mind you; he ditched the Cutlass and went for the Toyota with plugged-up fuel lines instead. *indistinct grumbling*

P.S. It looks like someone finally resolved his differences between the import and domestic scene...he meshed them together! And quite nicely, I must say.

If you want to see a well, a import / hotrod, here you go.

WOW! How ironic is that. My dad got one of those when I was like 2 years old ('cept it was blue) and he blew up the 307 and he put in a motor that he thought was the 350 rocket. Then when he blew the head gasket he bought a new one for a 350 and sent it to a shop to get replaced, but it was too small. Turns out we got a 403. Loved that car.... mom GAVE it to the neighbors.....

Woooo...small world. Pretty crazy, man; I would have loved to see what kind of a screamer your family's was with that 403!

Here's a couple that belong to a couple of my friends. My friend Kieth owns the 1969 LeMans, and his friend Grant owns the '57.

THe pontiac's got a 350 Pontiac with Headers and a monster cam. Even though it's a 2 barrel, iut sounds like a 455.

The Bel-Air has a 283 with Vortech heads, Performer intake, and a Performer 500 cfm, carb. I've got videos of both, but I'm not sure how to upload them.

my dad has a '70 Ford Torino 302L V8 4 Door Sedan, i'll post pics tomorrow. its dark right now.
