As for the Camaro, that is an Air Ride Technologies mule-test car to develop an air-ride system that actually provides hardcore handling capabilities, as much as those concepts sound alien to each other. The car has been trashed thoroughly throughout the two years or so it has been done and has provided good results not adjustable coilover-good, but amazing for an air ride car. This has led to the offering of a complete kit that uses this system by Ridetech.
That's right! Here's another car by Ride-Tech. A 1966 Chevelle
yeah, I love the bubble out back too. I'd love to grab one now and give it an all modern build, 32 valve twin turbo engine, enormous Advans, BBSs, Baers, R66 six-speed, Ohlins, carbon fiber... you know
You wouldn't believe this car. Just the facts:
- Chevy small-block stroked to 441ci
- Twin-turboed
- Setup is good for 1,200hp, but he's "only" running it at 1,000hp...
- ...on pump gas
- He drives it on the street.
- It ran a 9.19 in the 1/4 mile
