I'm totally aware of what is done to that car. I'm just saying I'm more of a purist,and the fact a small block would weigh much less and make equal power if built right. That said there is nothing wrong with this car at all. As I said I'd rather have an "original" motor. IMO, classics look cooler, sound better and they all make great power.
I don't agree that the Coyote 5.0 is the best engine Ford has built though. I will agree that it is a great engine in it's own right, yes, but I'd say that the best Ford's built goes to either the 300 I6, Windsor or 385 series engines for them all being reliable and having many many many years behind them backing it up. For me it's a toss up between those 3, however I lean more towards the 300 I6. This is more of my opinion however.
