Re-fixed.

Holy snot. Even with some of the stupid touches here and there, the car looks dynamite. Finally someone does a number with a Valiant.

I have always had a soft spot for Pontiac. I normally don't like low profiles on muscle cars, oh my god that is beautiful. Could care less for the puky green paint though.

^^Pro-Touring '70 Challenger. 408 Stroker, 471hp/481tq. Located in Sweden.

I've got to say this is probably one of the more badass II's I've seen.

HAHAHAHAAH PRO TOURING HAHAHA ON RADIAL TA/s AND WELD DRAGSTARS HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Yup, maybe in 1976.

I'm just telling you what the owner said. I don't agree with him lol

@Bad

Yuck. Low profiles on II's make them look so much worse lol

For some reason it just doesn't appeal to me. I like the beefier look like I posted on that Challenger above. They just look so much more aggressive to me that way. On low profiles they look like they are trying too hard to be something they aren't.

Thing is, several cars that wear low profile rubber also have the suspension stuff to back up their looks. Hell even if you don't have the suspension to back them up, most modern low profile rubber is way better than the eternal Radial T/As in terms of EVERYTHING, looks including. And for a car like the II, they do absolute wonders, as with a normal wheel/tire combo, they look as they have looked since they were released: horrible.

Double post to say pro touring cars are for sissies, track-style muscle cars are where it's at:

Sadly, most of these are Camaros. I wish it was that easy to find Chryslers or Pontiacs with such a track demeanor.

That's true. Looks wise it's down to the owner. It's their car, they can do what they want.

Actually I was going to say the exact opposite :lol:

I rather like them like that :scared:

This was at a small car show I went to on Saturday. Literally the only thing on the inside was a steering wheel, mph gauge, and a sheet of aluminum that acted as a seat. Not even a floor.

Never seen an exhaust set up like that. Honestly this is the book definition of rat rod and then some...
