Well finished putting the 5SP's on my Civic last night and spoiler has been successfully deleted! :D Thought I would make this shot before it gets stripped. ;)

Unfortunately the axle's from the Catapult was a touch too short so I had to snap it and use the tubing. :ouch: I try to refrain from using the tubing, I highly prefer using the axles as they come rather going through the trouble to make them fit.

As for the spoiler, I did the same thing I did with the Hamada to remove it despite it being much more different and it turned out to be a success! :D May be a while before I get it painted since I am out of paint stripper. You guys are going to like the design I have in mind for this. ;)

Thank you Johnny! :) It's going to be a JDM by the way, one you might recognize. ;)

By the way, I like that idea you posted earlier of making a convertible of it, do you mind if I make one myself? Just thought I would ask since you came up with the idea. :)

You're welcome. Sorry about screwing up the tag. I'll let you make a convertible as long as you don't copy my design idea. :)

I'm going to share one with y'all. How do you get chrome-like finish?

Blue Magic. Apply small amount, rub it on. Applicator doesn't matter too much. Some use cotton-terry towels, some use microfiber, some use their fingers! Me? I used tissue paper. Rub until a black film appears, and buff it with a clean cloth or buffer. Doesn't take long to do. Also has an awful smell. Meant to be used on bare metals. fine imperfections may be cleared up, but anything more noticeable probably cannot be cleared up with this unless (maybe) you go at it for hours.

Doesn't really do anything on painted metal nor plastic. (I know it's not meant for it, but I shared it anyway to answer anyone who may be curious).

Blue Magic is not the only brand out there. It happened to be one of the two available at my local automotive store.

This would probably be the precursor to making spectraflame-like paint jobs. Just gotta use translucent paints.

I got some testors paint for my airbrush today.

I have a few questions:
-Do I need hardner mixed in with the paint?
-Do I still need to apply primer?
-Can I wash the cars with dish soap before I paint them?

Thanks in advance. :)

No, yes, yes (but make sure you wash it all off afterwards!)
Have fun and good luck. 👍

Alright guys, I'm going to see if I can go out and get some paint, but not without knowing what to get first. Is Krylon spray paint a good paint to use for customizing HWs?
