How do we increase the slider speed in Photomode?

I was intending to ask this in the Photo section but no such thread exists yet.

Basically, when you are at the Camera Menu in Photo Mode, is there any way to increase the shutter speed from 0 to 8000 without having to wait 2 - 3 minutes moving the slider up. Its a rather tedious process, can you speed that up with the use of certain buttons?

you can adjust brightness, zoom and shutter from camera ribbon at the bottom. Use directional pad to move left or right to highlight desired option and then up and down to set it +/- . that way shutter moves from 160-8000 in 2 sec
