Is this something still in the works with each company? Is there contracts that must be followed up with? Can you say 100% for sure we are getting all the VGT cars?

A better question might be, "How far along are the cars?" If a company committed, they aren't going to loose face.
Don't need "This and this are this far along", but rather, "The entire group is THIS much ready" or "We expect THIS many in a set soon."
