Yea. Sorry I went away. My daughter was throwing a fit and I just got her asleep. With a makeshift tune and okay tranny settings I did okay.

That was the most fun I've ever had in an online race. But I'll have to make sure I can't get a little bit more stability in my connection. Sorry about the aggressive passes too, I'll make sure to practice that.

Iam we had a good run in that second race I was in. I just couldn't pass you. Your exits in each turn were much better than mine. We kept scarecrow within sight the whole time though.

Jay is there going to be a scheduled practice night, I'd love to work that in. Thanks.

I'll try out that tune Wins, never used that car. I've got a EK and a DC2 that are quick, was going to see how they stack up to a Spoon DC2. Used to drive a lot of FF's years back online, were the only cars I could control!

Missed you last night Wins. Guess you got busy. We haven't raced together in a while.
I ran the spoon Integra DC2 last night.It's pretty fast. But I think I've found a car a little faster, in my hands anyway.

I originally planned it for Wednesdays, but it conflicted with enduro practice. Unfortunately, there is not an organized practice night, other than the test and tune events.

I don't like to use other peoples tune. I may be terrible at it but I have to set my suspension up to my driving style

Me too I mainly use these as guidelines I try diff ones see how diff set ups work. The more you try the more you know the better YOU tune. But if you'd rather not avail yourself to this wealth of information for moralistic or integral reasons thats cool too. You don't need to tune anyways lol from the looks of it your good to go.

No oversteer with this tune, heh. You must drive with a controller Wins. Points up well and a bit on the wild side! I didn't know I had one of those cars, it's pretty quick. Mine had a Stage weight loss so it was down on power and I didn't play with the ballast settings. Messed with the tranny and LSD. ABS 0 3/1 B/B and could run mid 1:02's.

Edit: I meant no UNDERSTEER, doh.

Yea I'm on a ds3 so I try to set my cars up with stiff suspension and crazy toe on the rear. Can't get the same lap results like I did with the g27 otherwise. I may try other cars but that gpx is singing the tune. I just need to learn how to do transmissions correctly.

Wins, Praiano has a simple method for setting the gearbox that works great. It's on the OP of his garage in the tuning forum. I can easily set a gearbox now in just a few minutes.

Yeah, I seem to have found the perfect suspension settings for that 106. I get lift-off oversteer if I'm not careful. Great fun racing, and I was surprised how well it kept up with the WRX up front.

Just a note about these cars, we were using any vehicle for the Social Event, the vehicles used do not necessarily reflect the cars being used for the Japanese FF 1990's challenge.

I'm feeling pretty confident on my mystery ride. I set my fastest lap with the car on Tsukuba, and its a blast to drive. You will have to wait until the TNT (Test N Tune) event to see it.

Same basic deal. Maybe run 1 15 minute race per track in the September line up. Any car, up to 450pp.

I love how the guidelines make for a race between cars you'd never normally compete against. I mean You've got everything from the sporty Honda Integra to my not-so-sporty Nissan March.
