Been checking some replays of our pre season race and I must say I'm impressed with the cleanness of the driving. I haven't really said anything about what we expect, but people drove really nice.
Some cases I like to hightlight is that in the first race Blue flag was ignored a bit, hard track to be lapped, but still something to remember in the future.
Obviously we don't have blue flag, but it's not that hard to understand you being lapped.
And on GVS some one used the pavement after the S turns before the last corner as a regular run off area. This is not part of the track and would have been penalized during a championship race. If you keep at least two wheels on the red and white curb it's allowed and I'm not hunting down people going wide there one or two times, but when its every lap or almost every lap I would have reacted.
Example:
No doubt outside the track.
This is allowed, (on the limit yes) I can see the angle of the car that it have been outside, but if you go this wide and no further it will be allowed. 1mm more and its not allowed.
I know someone accept using this area, but we count the curb as track when there is a curb. If no curb exist we use the white line as the track edge. The area outside is not part of the track.
I also have to admit I found myself outside the track a few times and this is not meant as anything else than information.
Just a heads up before our season start.
