My word, it really does look good as a drop top! It totally changes the whole aesthetic of the car.

Anyway, I've never found the fourth-gen Mazda Capella Coupe (first-gen MX-6 in the States) to be an interesting car, but I must say, it looks handsome with the Infini package; the BBS rims and the slight bodykit really enhance the way it looks. This option also included 4WD and a 5-speed manual. Too bad it didn't receive a rotary engine like it's sibling, the RX-7 Infini.

It's American equivalent was the MX6 GT 4WS. Strangely enough, this one was had a 2.0L turbo four, while no Capella model in Japan could be available with any turbocharged engine.

I had a set of those exact wheels on the MR2 for a long time. Good old forged BBS RG097 in 15x6.5+45. 5.4kg each. Missing centre caps though.

Found this '88 Mitsubishi Pajero with 91K miles for sale near me. I like it a lot! It's got a 5-speed manual transmission and 4WD. Asking price is $7,500. I'm not sure how rare these are internationally so I didn't put it in the Rare Sales thread but it is surely rare in the United States!

No bites?

Mugen wheels on a Spoon entry. It was the regulation spec for the series- but kinda funny when you think about it.
I apologize, I had no idea you quoted my post until now. That is kind of odd now that I think of it. I've seen that image many times before I posted it in this thread, but somehow I never noticed they were Mugen wheels. Good looking combination though.

They also ran RnRs for a while, at least according to this scale model.

In fact, I believe the Fit S-Taikyu car was their first racecar on SW388s (I've got a picture on an old hard drive at home of their EG6 on Regamasters, though). The Civics and S2000s used a mix of Enkei, Work and Volk Racing over the years.

Because I'm shopping for one of these. Going to look at one today, hopefully it's as good as it looks in the photos and I come home with a new car. It feels like Christmas eve right now, haha.

*ED. - Sadly, it was not to be. The hunt continues...
