Wow, that last integra is way too low.

Also, I'd like to add any of the team Top End NSX's to the mix when comparing Nissan to Honda. Beautiful cars.

Loving the roof rack on that last Integra. Gives a nice touch to so many cars. I'm also liking this new trend of coloured wheels, it's too random to dislike I guess.

What the hell meet was that? Why do I never know of these meets? Also, green rims FTW.

Toyomatt: LMAO!

Huh? I've never heard of this. When does that happen?
When your mudflaps are so low to the ground that running over a crack in the road places your car 1cm lower and they scrape the ground.

Yeah, it's too low. The only way to keep it from bottoming out now, assuming he has a stock suspension layout, is extremely stiff suspension, or just taking it easy everywhere you go. So either you have to go slow, or your car goes slow because it's way too stiff.

Or you could bottom out and rub your tires on stuff inside your fenders, which mean it's too low anyways.

Because you drive a very un-jdm del sol, which, as you can see from the pictures, are banned from meets.

EDIT #2: Now, if you drove a Dodge Caravan or a Chevy Astro van, you could have went.

EDIT#3: I believe my friends new wheels deserve a spot in this thread. My car on the left, soon to be adorned with Enkei Rpf1's.

Grow a pair, Sally. :dopey:

I've got about the same clearance to my mid-pipe as he does to his mudguards. :sly:

Eh, I don't see the point. It doesn't look better IMO, much like a lowrider, and it doesn't help any, usually making stuff worse. Oh well, each to his own I guess.

Well, there is too low... when you don't have enough suspension travel for the road and you lose contact patch because tires are coming off the ground... and you frequently have an excess of camber etc. Basically, low is really only good for pure show, and thats probably the engineer and performance guy coming out in me :P

I was just kidding around. My main goal was to get a no-finger gap, to bring the body lines even with the wheels. Also, it brought my lower control arms to a better angle between the frame and the wheels themselves. Unfortunately, with the 7th Gen. Civics, that means the sub-frame will sit mere centimeters off the ground. :indiff:

It's unfortunate that it works out that way for me, but I do notice a huge change in roll-center. But, I think it looks good this way. ;)

It's a style. I'm not big on it either. But it's cool. It's a Honda thing. There's so many different Honda styles, and I'm big into the performance side. But whatever style you like, green rims are the perfect final touch.

I'd change that "Bang for your buck side"

You aren't really that much into performance.

Let's go drive. I'll show you who's into performance. We'll meet at the Dragon. I'll give you a whole day to familiarize yourself with my car any way you want. You already have a Civic, so it won't be much different at all. Then I'll show you that I don't need light rims or Extreme Performance tires to make my car handle...

oh snap.
we got a honduh showdown.

I was thinking of making the trip down to the dragon sometime, but since it's so heavily patrolled these days I doubt it would really be worth it.

Given the right photographer any car can look good.

Yes, the patrols as of late have been ridiculous. I was there in mid July, and it wasn't a bother at all. We made traffic-pending runs during the day for three days, but we also ran at night. About 1 am is the perfect time. Many of the bikers we spoke to suggested the safest and best times were late at night. And, man, it was like our own little private racetrack. PERFECT. The Sol was given its hardest workout, and it loved every second, as did I.

I know your MR2 would love it just as well. :sly:

Can we bring our MR2s to the honduh show down and show them what real handling is? :dopey:

Wonderful pics btw!

Yes. That was a suprise, lol.

"Wow, a wagovan with crappy paint, rust, rims, a crappy hood, a....god damn!"

That's the ultimate sleeper.
Nice and I'd own it.
I also love the way the relocate the battery, fusebox, and all other wires.
