Ah, good pics FINALLY!!

You have a coffin in the 'trunk' and what looks to be a knee brace on your glove compartment but besides that nice car. :)

This thread does need more Rotary I think.

Coffin is for my ears to be buried with sound, Ill have 2 more mini coffins soon enough when I get the other 6x9s in there from my Talon. But yeah, the cup holder seems to be out of place and to be honest the wedge made behind my seat is PERFECT for practically any type of bottled drink so I may just chuck it, HOWEVER if you see the "cup holders" Mazda provided you would have wanted one too...I'll get some more pics of my friends though because Im stealing it to see if someone can make a custom enclosure for his sub woofers Saturday.

Your wish is my command Rev. :)

Woah. Many thanks :)

So many epic cars. Quite a few over the top but still cool, some seriously tidy work in those bays.

Hating on stretch is soooo old it's not even funny.. :) If you wanna go low and you want to have low offset wheels, you need to stretch to have space. Not about fads at all. Yeah, some do it because it's considered cool and yeah, low offsets and extreme lowering wasn't the way you did it earlier, but that's just the times moving on really. Like I said, being a bitch about this is so old.

I fully agree with you there. Did you intentionally chuck up pics of the Phaze2 cars just to provoke commentary on the subject? Because there are few cars more recognised for being divisive on the subject of extreme fitment :D However.....

Here's proof how you can make a tasty Honda without being crazy on the offset.

And finally.

FChris and Roo? Do it......

Nah, I'd either go VTEC or R1/Hayabusa before something as massive as that.

Yes, that swap is likely to be more effort than putting a motorcycle engine the rear of my car...

I'm glad someone agrees...allow me to show you something you might get a laugh from:dopey:

I wouldn't doubt that tire was compromised by rubbing on a suspension part or something. Stretch isn't the safest thing you can do with a tire, but it's not a death sentence either.

But hey, I've got another picture to post for when people ask why I hate Toyo.

you call that massive? how about shoehorning a Rover 3.5l V8 in it? Although, I've heard that it is pretty common swap..

I dunno about more effort than putting a bike engine in but I'm no Mini expert. I just thought it looked like a cool idea. IMO few things show the intent of your vehicle more than having your method of induction sticking outside your engine bay e.g blowers out the bonnet, bellmouths through the headlight recess, a tall K&N on an IDA through the bonnet.

but no piccies of 240's?

:odd: What have you been drinking again? Apparently more coffee needed... three shots out of four presenting 240's.

The red flathood 242 is just about a perfect example of how to make a good looking car in my opinion. Nothing is over the top but everything goes towards the complete package. Perhaps a tad too much lowering in the rear but still very balanced looks. 👍

Nice, a friend of mine had a worked starion and I always admired it (would never buy one though). Australian Starions had a 4G63 out the factory.

Yes, and the Starions/Conquests here in the states came with the 2.6l G54B engine. About the same horse power as the 4G63, I believe, but with 221ft-lbs of torque.

These cars can either make you broke, make you a good mechanic, or both. Mine is mostly making me broke, but still, too much time has been put into it to give up on it, all of a sudden (although, I have wanted to many many many times) :)
