The latest feature from StanceWorks on a fantastic little 2002.

Some info on the car: Currently has an M10 under the hood with a 2.0 head, 5-speed transmission from an E21, 3.91 LSD, headers, ANSA exhaust, Porsche 944 radiator, and a bunch of suspension pieces from Ground Control, ST, and Bilstein. The owner plans on doing more engine work (most likely a turbo build) and a full restoration to make everything perfect.

I don't understand why StanceWorks is doing a piece on a car that actually has a good stance.

Also, spotted this sad scene during my drive through the state for work today:

Funny you say that because this is a quote from the feature they did on that car.

"As our community continues to grow, more and more people find themselves snagging cars from a past generation. Some for the cheap, used, and abused nature of the cars owners have began to neglect, and some for the history each car has to share. In the latter lies Patrick, building his car for no one but himself, yet celebrating and promoting a community that he has both influenced and pulled influence from. After all, we're here for more than stretched tires and wheel fitment; we're here for cars with a story."

And on a somewhat different note, here is a 2002 Rat Rod.

The first start up.

And it's still a work in progress.

I was lucky enough to see a ferrari 16m (basically a F430 scuderia spider)

That car is cute!! Probably for Japanese market only?

Mazda/Autozam AZ-1. And yes, was Japanese market only (actually a Suzuki originally, the Cara... And engineered in the UK, believe it or not), but people in the UK and Canada have been verrrry slowly importing them. They were expensive new and still expensive today.

Well, it's a bit too small I guess for the EU market.. :indiff: I think I won't fit in it..

Would like to drive one once in my life, and nice mountain to drive on :D

Some UK club racing photos. Didn't know where else to put them, but as the Imports thread has basically become the General Automotive Badassery thread I guess they belong...

Does anybody know if the MP4-12Cs have been successful so far?

Also Orido blew up his Lexus V8 at the recent D1 round. Should have used an LSx. They don't blow up.
