How is the quality on konig wheels? They seem to be a pretty big, well established brand, but they are awfully cheap. I've been thinking about getting a set of retracks in 16x7ish for my newly acquired Mazda2.

Always loved multispoke wheels. I think that would look properly good beside my RX-7 with very similar wheels. Those are white of course, which would look questionable on my red 2. I'd probably go with graphite w/ polished lip. At 15lbs for the 16" they are 'fairly' light too. Important considering I have only 100hp!

Edit: Here are both of my imports! :D

It's amazing how much fun the 2 is. Its far quicker than it has a right to be with only 100hp. It doesn't feel significantly slower than either my 7 nor my previous DD, my B18B Integra LS. It is slower for sure, but not excruciatingly so. It also has a fairly entertaining powerband. Comes on strong at 3,000rpm and pulls clean to 6,000. Awesome chassis. Awesome controls. Just a really good little car.

I sat in a 2 a while back. I would never buy one, the reason being that I can't have my left hand on the steering wheel and my left elbow on the armrest without actually leaning over to reach the armrest. Terribly uncomfortable, and a serious problem plaguing many of today's "small" cars. They're just too damn wide for me to fit comfortably.

As bad as it sounds, I just learned today that BRE stands for Brock Racing Enterprises, as in Peter Brock.

^Those are some nice pictures of a bad looking car, what the heck were they trying to go with that
IMO you shouldt do much more than this if you got a carrera/carrera S

I think it looks neat personally, its unique. I'd drive it ;)

Don't get me wrong, I respect tastes but they should have at least put the taillights on before taking some pictures, and this sort of style is starting to be overused (Very low car with some really big concave wheels from brands like ADV.1 HRE etc. and some parts wrapped in a matte color

Yeah but god ADV.1 makes some sexy car/wheel combinations.

BUT, I will agree that a lot of the times, it's just far too much wheel, and not enough tire. The stance isn't always the best. It's really a style geared towards supercars, and looks goofy on normal cars.

Like this for example:

That is just poor fitment.

There was some discussion on the last page from this car, so I thought I'd post some more of her. I have never (ever) liked headlight lids, but I actually like how they slim the NC's lamps to look closer to the NA:

I like the look 👍

In reply to the above stance/height/tire profile discussion, here's a good rebuttal:

(although I think this photo may have been posted in this thread recently)

Very nice to see my buddy Jordan's Miata getting some recognition in this thread. He's tried to talk me into a Miata a couple times.
