I was quite pleased that I kept up with you and Swe_1 for a couple of laps during 1 race. Swe_1 just disappeared though (He was there just in front of me. Then he vanished...) and then you disappeared too (by driving quicker than I could manage...)I'm done for the night, shout out to jh001, oldnail, daan, crispy(keeping me laughing via pm), Swe_1, hope to catch you again.
Good night's racing, chaps and chapessess.

Had some nice races here before Champions League started... Feels good to be out on track again... Its been a while and I'd like to apologize to OldNail for a nasty brake check coming into the chicane, I hit the brakes early there... ..
That did take me by surprise a bit! I thought perhaps you had developed a nice textbook slow in fast out technique!
And also some 🤬. You know who you are, siegmund and bone(head)_tone. 👎There has been some amazing action here the past couple of days.
Hello everyone
Just wanted to say I've been racing in this event for a while (and stalking this thread), and while it is a lot of fun, I realized that I seriously suck. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong (either bad driving skills or a badly tuned car), but I need to change something. What all have you guys been running in terms of tires, power, and weight? I've been using S3/S1 with 85% weight and +29 power, and while I do decent in the first two sectors, the last one kills me for sure. However, when I was trying R1/S1, while I did turn really good, I still lost loads of ground to everyone (mostly on the long straight).
Anyways, hopefully I can sort out what the problem is with my slow lap times and I can be racing up front with all the guys (and gals) here.
oh, and if you see me flying past you in the first turn, that's me trying to brake late and failing miserably. you won't see it as often now because I found a decent braking point, but it still happens. Just don't want you guys to think I'm trying to punt you.

Wow loads of great racing today! So many battles, I can't recall them all. Had lots of fun with lotrzyna, kemp, marooned, soag, alexi, gtro marcus, num, oct, swe, enigma, jh001, daan, liz, man i know i'm forgetting half the people i raced with. Can you tell I did a lot of racing today?
Hey Bel, welcome to the cup! I think you may be giving up too much traction with those combinations- I would recommend trying r1/s3 or one step in either direction front or rear. There are some laps on gtdb.net that you can download to compare your driving with- they all have an R front, so you will be able to see how to adjust your tactics from your current set-up.
See you on the track!
