i'd like to do it, but not for a few months.
there are too many race series going on @ the moment.

i need to get the races set first. it's cool.

so what do you think of the series? i tried to make it simple

i doubt it's going to happen. for the upteenth time a thread of mine is barely looked at or commented on. can't work with 2 or 5 people.

sigh

don't know why. it takes no big intelligence to do the figures.

hell, other than keeping track of the parts and cars, i'd be doing the point keeping and such. sorry to whine, but this has happened before. am i not a nice guy? i even said i'd do it in gt3 too. even gt1.

I'd definitely be interested in a GT3 version. I let one of my homeys have my copy of GT2 and to be honest, GT is just too ugly to play now that I've been spoiled on the new stuff.

I think that a series like this just sounds a bit intimidating for most folks. Something like this would take coordination and thought (omg). I for one think that these things are what make a racing series so fun to participate in. You just have to get over the fact that it will take a bit of effort first, which from what I've seen before in OLR, shouldn't be a problem considering the lengths people will go to for putting on a race in the first place.

it's hard to tell if any like it beyond a few, i get hardly any views. maybe 1 ever few hours.

the thing i like is the value aspect. drivers that do well can demand 1000s

prices are not set in stone. i may lower or raise them. leaning toward lowering them

I may even add feature races

Fear of the unknown...

I, for one, would be much more interested if the rules and method were spelled out in detail. I'm reluctant to agree to anything I don't understand. I'm new to this stuff. I'm interested, but only interested untill I can see more of what it's really about.

I work a lot and don't have excess time to devote to figuring things out.

Spell it out. Tell us how it works.

basicf online racing rules apply.

no more than two wheels from the same side of a car off track

no wall riding

try not to use other cars to help you turn tighter

no deflecting of walls.

rumble strips are considered track borders and you can have two wheels of one side on the rumble strip and 2 wheels on the grass

series specific rules

as long as the car is within the hp and weight range all parts and drivetrains are legal

times are sent via pm

tell me who your team members are

the name of your team

the car you are using

what you paid for it

the total number of parts you purchased for it

you do not have to tell me what parts you bought

tell me the weight listed in the garage and the hp listed in the settings menu

tell me which series you are running

tell me which of upto 4 drivers will be running for team points

if you are a driver tell me if you are working for a team for free if you should decide to

anything else?

I'm new in here but I'm in anytime. I went to see in the comp section and I really like your ideas. Anyway count me in for sure if you decide to take your project to execution. Hope it'll work :)

I'm down for this, if it's still "up in the air". I'm certinly down for some $$$-limited racing.
