I think 'doctorben' as well as 'Bernal_BRAZIL', the two Brazilians, will only stick with their GTLMs. I've met Bernal many times and he's been driving in his GTLM most of the time.

They are free to drive whatever they please, of course.

What I think is puzzling, is that they are joining this event at the scheduled times, presumably to find some better competition. IMO, that just shows poor sportsmanship. They certainly aren't making any friends here by doing that.

Well, races that I usually met them were at 00, 15, 30 and 45.. didn't realize they've changed their starting time. Nevertheless, I do think they are friendly people. I know Bernal in person but I just met 'doctorben' for 1 or 2 times only.

Could be the other way round too, they may know precisely that there will be no other GTLM drivers in the race so specifically pick the same start time as us just to chalk up an easy 'victory'
