I mean it's not hard to just open a friends only lobby for some laps. Plus you can have the actual room settings saved and practice under 100% race conditions. It would be even better if you could add AI drivers in lobbies and practice navigating traffic.

No it is not hard. But it is also less hard and takes less time to go straight into time trial mode in single player. So really the "difficulty" point is kind of moot.

Either way you do it I haven't really been able to put that much time in to see if online or offline is better than the other. To be honest, if learning the track do it in any mode.

Yea I normally don’t practice offline. Only time I use time trial is for getting good livery video or on track pictures. I just went to time trial last night so no one would end up coming in distracting me while I was trying to get settings right. Then when I put down those lap times I was like “whoa” so I went and made a lobby and saw the difference. I understand the tire wear and fuel make a difference, I was just checking if everyone sees that amount of drop off. 2 full seconds a lap, seems like a lot being they were “fresh” tires, but @ 8lbs per gallon with a full tank I guess it could be legit.

May not make Monday, might have to work late depending on the weather. Was out half the week with being sick and have some catching up to do.

Is this coming race the last of season 3? Does that mean season 4 will be starting soon??
The schedule is in the first post.

Race 8
- March 9th - Autopolis Full - 9:00 cloudy - 25 laps +1 formation lap
Race 9 - March 16th - Laguna Seca - 14:30 clear - 36 laps + 1formation lap
Race 10 - March 23rd - Spa Francochamps - 90 Minute Endurance - 8:15 clear - 35 laps + 1 formation lap

I would prefer a shorter break of one week but maybe two at the most to get some more drivers if needed. I'm sure there will be an event or two on the off weeks ;)

I am unsure if I will be able to race Monday night. Will keep everyone posted. Itching to get back behind the wheel of the McLaren, but life comes first.

I should be there, worked from home a bit yesterday to get caught up. My guess is Tim will take the win again and I'll be trying to save my front tires the whole race. :P

Sorry guys. I did the whole broadcast only to find out that the PS4 didn't record.:banghead:

That being said - Timlour won and racked up big points in his effort to get right with Turbo and make up for lost points when he suffered his disconnect earlier in the Season.

I was able to finish on the podium - thanks to a very light grid - and grab some bonus points. This potentially put with striking distance of the Pro-Am leaders.

I will do a points summary here shortly

Hi guys hopefully I can get out of work and turn some laps before the race if not I may skip tonight.

sorry for being so flakey the second half of this season I took over a team at work back in november and it’s an absolute mess...also I then get a salary review 8 months into the role...so I’m trying to accumulate a list of accomplishments so I can see the $$$...with that said it’s come at the expense of racing...hoping to start being more active again

Hey guys, I'm tentative for tonight as well. I will let you know once I know for sure.

I will test the Lambo tonight and the GTR next week. When we do qualifying I will run some laps but you can just put me at the rear of the field for the race start.
I will put you at the rear of the Pro class drivers. Please run the normal BoP.

Looking like I'm not going to make it tonight. Hope to see you guys next week.
