Is this damage on the Toyota FT-86 at CES?

If there's any damage on that car then it's perfectly symmetrical on the other side of it as they look absolutely identical. There is blurring of reflections but that's a standard byproduct of stereoscopic 3D due to two images being produced for each frame and only having two separate points of view as most people would do if they were wearing the 3D glasses would prevent that.

If that video shows damage modelling then GT5P has the same type of damage modelling and to be honest, it's nothing to boast about!

My god. Why has this thread gone on for 4 pages! It's clearly just reflection.

It's for dragged out threads like this I hope GT5 comes out quickly.

I know! What really happened is that because we all whinge and whine so much about what we want in GT, the developer of this demo stayed at work for to long to cope with the work load. Then, whilst putting some finishing touches on the car, he fell asleep and his face accidentally typed in the code for an argument-brewing-but-not-very-important thing to appear on the right front guards. Just before he awoke, his face quickly saved and exited the program and he went home to bed. Then when the video was displayed, an argument ensued.

you get 2 copies of each frame overlayed in a 3D game, so it'll look funny when viewed normally!

End of thread

It's e reflection. You guys can speculate all you want but you are wasting your time. I am 100% sure that it is a reflection.

I am ending this unofficially. If you want to say its damage then please do go on and watch the video footage. But if you think its a reflection do not bother because its already been said and it would be boring.

It is reflection, here are some images in which there is definite change in the reflection. It is not bad either, it is a concave shape that is deforming/scrunching/condensing (choose your fit) a reflection of its surrounds as it moves by them.
