For my car, the answer is yes AND no....
I have a 2007 Infinity G35x. They don't have the AWD version in-game, but they have the RWD clone of it basically 3 times. There's the coupe, the concept, and the 4-door Nissan Skyline 350 GT which is my car, 2WD everywhere but the US.
I actually ran some time trials with it to compare it with other cars I have driven IRL before going out and buying it. Not quite the same as a test drive, but it did put down the times I would have expected versus things like an early 90's Z28 and C4 Corvettes.
