Is your REAL car in Gran Turismo 5?

For my car, the answer is yes AND no....

I have a 2007 Infinity G35x. They don't have the AWD version in-game, but they have the RWD clone of it basically 3 times. There's the coupe, the concept, and the 4-door Nissan Skyline 350 GT which is my car, 2WD everywhere but the US.

I actually ran some time trials with it to compare it with other cars I have driven IRL before going out and buying it. Not quite the same as a test drive, but it did put down the times I would have expected versus things like an early 90's Z28 and C4 Corvettes.
 
Okay i have to ask to those who have same car real life and in the game. Dose it feel the same? I can imagen its hard to compare cuse in a car u actely feel the g power,
and in game u can go way faster then u dear for real. I feel i drive to fast real life. but nothing close to what i do in the game ofc:) So i would love to hear somone who teste there car feeling i meen compared to game:) and hear there thoughts

To me, the cars feel a bit slower at slower speeds. My father e46 M3 is quite a bit quicker from 0-60 than on the game.

Well I tracked an E92 M3 and an E60 M5 in real life, and I have both of those cars in the game and I've got a DFGT wheel. It is difficult to compare when you don't have the G-forces like in the real thing, but the handling on the E92 M3 isn't that far off at all. The virtual one feels just as aggressive and just as precise and on its toes as it did in real life. The E60 M5 feels pretty accurate too, heavy car but it feels just a little bit more sluggish than the M3, but still has amazing turning abilities. My only gripe is that steering feel isn't as sharp as the M3's which I kinda sorta noticed in the game too.

Also, the stock M5's sound is pretty much dead accurate, and the E92 M3's exhaust note is accurate too, just the engine makes that annoying whining noise in the game, which it didn't in real life.

Wow, that's awesome you actually have the real picture of your can in the same place as GT5.

The difference I see is the white lines on the road. They curve in the real one and go straight in the GT5 version.
 
Top post is the RX7, simply for having his real car in the real locations as his mini me in game.

I got an e36 m3 evo and it's not on the game! No e 30 either, but wait there is a cappuccino. There is something very wrong with that. Or maybe it's just me
