@Baron Blitz Red and I were in 1983 cars for John's birth year. @RX8 Racer and @Vic Reign93 were in 2003 cars for the year John made his GTP account.

Wow. I peeked into his sports threads now and then, and I didn’t know he was battling cancer. Not many people get the opportunity to say a final goodbye. I’m glad he was able to say his goodbye to GTPlanet.

@JohnBM01 was one of the few people I really interacted with here simply because of his involvement with the Sports subforum. He rarely ever had a negative thing to say to anyone there even if everyone else in the thread was livid from watching their teams be a dumpster fire.

He was a member of this site for longer than some members probably have even been alive. He will be forever missed here. RIP

RIP John, I can't remember if I ever posted the comment I wrote to tell you how much I enjoyed reading your enthusiastic posts in the computers and tech forum about the things you were experimenting with but I hope I did, GTP won't be the same without you.

It goes to show, let's be nice to each other....
Our time will come too, each one of us...
Just like John, we want to be remembered as good and positive to the community, especially here at GTP

We are all brothers and sisters, everywhere
Even if we disagree, let's still show respect to each others as siblings in life...


This sucks so bad, but such is life... We have to look at the silver lining or learn the lessons and from our mistakes...

I unfortunately never knew John but regardless he was definitely a wonderful human being. Everyone here justifies it. I pray for consolation of his family.
