It's Christmas!

Well Merry Christmas from a few days ago.

Christmas occurred, and I got given more than I deserve to receive. Biggest of all, my dad went overboard and purchased me a drum kit. I think it cost about $1500 NZ! Usually only $300-500 is spent on each kid here at our house. So that is insane, especially because my mum went all out as well by purchasing me 3 Avantasia CD's, 2 Edguy albums, 2 Queensryche and 1 Helloween. Along with Pony DVD's (the right ones too, not the scary versions of MLP. I mean even I'm scared of the old version of the show :scared:) which will save us all in internet bills later down the line. Also got the small Apple family set, the one that consisted of blind bag versions of AJ, Big Mac and Granny Smith. I got some cleaning stuff, loads of chocolates, socks and the usual clothing. And a few days before Christmas, my birthday/working to do things at home gift arrived: My new computer. The PC is an AMD Athlon II X2 Processor with 3.2 GHz, 8 GB of RAM, a 500 GB hard drive and now with my graphics card from my old PC. So it's a pretty good PC.

And now my brother and I can jam, him on guitar and me on drums. As a joke we're learning "Low Hangin Fruit" from Tenacious D, and I'm trying not to laugh. And we also do Tribute. And because it doesn't much drums in it I'm singing vocals along with my brother. He does the talking, I join in the singing.

Should be receiving maybe a couple more Gamestop vouchers, selection box's, PS3 games and DVD's before New Years as we're visiting relatives at the moment and when we come back on Saturday we'll be visited by friends of the family.

Will probably buy Premium in the next few days as well.👍

Dammit! I was meant to buy my premo while it was still for Pancreatic Cancer yesterday. I'm so damn lazy.

Wait until I'm drunk

Over the past 2 years I've bought about 5 lifetimes, 3-4 yearlies and I even bought someone a copy of GTPedia .

Tom
"Shem! Oh, Shem!"

I took a leave of absence over Christmas to avoid getting banned from drunk posting. :)

OK, what did Santa bring Shem?

Nothing.

Armani Diamonds & a new pair of long Johns from Mrs. Shem.
A box of boiled eggs from my Chinese aunt. I think they were what gave me diarrhoea.
An RC chopper from my step mother.
A hug from my little sister.
A box of sausage rolls from my dad.
A set of ceramic knives from my mate.

All in all a good time had. I'm not really one for gifts which is lucky because as you can see from above, neither are my family.

I got a nice little pressie this year: A Gopro hero 3! :D

We also bought an LG 60-inch LED 3D TV. I watched the 2nd half of Titanic last night in 3D, and it looks bloody amazing!! I bought Hugo in 3D on ebay (Probably my all-time favourite movie), so I'm looking forward for that to arrive.

Oh, and GTPedia for myself. :) Good book btw! Everyone reading should buy a copy.

 All we have to do to make you not do your drunk purchases is tell you how much rum you're missing out on while spending that money on others.
