After testing and tuning for the last couple weeks I've come to the conclusion that the winners will be decided on Suzuka as I doubt there will be a large enough time gap on Tsukuba to have much if any effect on the standings.

The length of Suzuka and speeds that can be attained there should create some significant time gaps between cars while at a guess most cars on Tsukuba will be within a second or two at the most...

Based my tuning on the saying, "only dead fish go with the flow." I so dislike Suzuka that I spent all of my time tuning my cars for Tsukuba then drove like two or three laps on Suzuka just to reset the transmission. Here's hoping for a half second lead at Tsukuba. :nervous:

Ok I will be entering a car for the 490pp class and would like to be tester for the 550pp class, that is all.

Thank you, :)

Quite true, and I have found similar, however you can have cars in say the 57 sec range at tsukuba that have the ability to lap suzuka in the 2:09 range so I don't think there will be much between the top cars and testers at all.

the biggest differentiation to this was the GT-R 12' model which when I was deciding what car to enter ran a 56 sec range at Tsukuba and a 2:09 range at suzuka.... only in that cars case was it more competetive overall due to it's astonishing Tsukuba time......

Of course I went with the crazy subby wagon option, just because:tup:

lol if i had the patience to find cars in the UCD i would find the slowest worst car in the game so a subaru 360 or mazda carol 360 XD

Pretty sure the slowest car in the game is the 2CV.
The Subaru 360 gives it a good run for that title.

Hoping to have my 490PP "DMWD Phase I" on share and the tune posted in the next hour or so.👍👍

The 2CV is French though, so it'll just let the 360 win. :sly:

Sure.:)

I'll believe it when I see it. :P

Its an '07 RX-8 type S... must have been a glitch but it appears to have stopped gaining performance points. A few laps around Suzuka and a lap of Route X finally did the job! Somewhere around 370-388 miles (595-624km) or about double what it should take to break-in an engine.

This is the only zero mile car I have driven past 200 miles that wasn't broken in. I may grab another one sometime and see if it too has the same issue.

Both tunes will be posted and placed on share today if I can finish up my Airtrek :)

I was trying to word it in such a way that it couldn't be taken as racist.:scared:

I'll be sure to enter an appropriate car if it turns out that we have to hate you. :D

I was going to start painting all my French cars "surrender" white, but that might be taking it too far :dopey::scared:

Hami,

Just wanted to let you know that I think something may be wrong with your NSX share, either that or there is a glitch in GT5 or PSN.

I just went to experiment with your NSX and I found a couple of issues:

1) Setting A and Setting B are not labeled as you indicate

2) There seems to be no difference between them. In fact they both seem to be your "Tsukuba" settings. As a result the top speed on Suzuka is only 138mph and the car redlines going down the first straightaway.

I'm going to try adjusting manually but i thought I'd just let you know

This must be some sort of share glitch. Roj mentioned the same thing happening with his car.
