I'm the other way around. I love Suzuka but hate Tsukuba, so I'm tuning there in the hopes of succeeding at a track where I won't be pulling hairs out. Going well at the moment, getting reunited with my love for this beautiful stretch of tarmac. Tuning with weather change helps make things so much more fun.

I'll test for you if want, I need a benchmark to aim for. You'll test mine (optional, of course) in return.

Guess it depends on your taste and if your looking just for fast cash or to have a good race. I was tuning the current CotW there and running the race in around 5:01.xxx using Sports Soft tires. Clear traffic and take the lead on 3rd corner of second lap then see how fast a lap I can lay down to finish the race on the last lap. Can either switch tires or reduce PP if I want it more competitive and I like the track unlike some of the others they have.

Just got my PS3 back online (whata %$%^$ headache! ). I'll make sure you're added to my friend list and dump you under "always use" on my remote race widget. Just make sure you share your driver(s).

I might do something for tuning here if I have time. I've been toying with a 500PP NSX...might see if it will go up to 520 without a snail.

Just ran a 4:58 race there in an '89 Galant 500PP on sports Softs. To bad its off the pace of my best cars at both 490PP and 520PP or I'd use it for this.

Latest test car maxes out at 549PP with the ironing board set to max. Currently my fastest car at Tsukuba with a 0:58.057 and I'm still working on the tune so I'm sure I can get it in the 57s. What I find really interesting about it is that I'm driving with an AT and the power curve really favors a manual transmission so...

Not finished testing all the cars I want to yet and haven't tested anything on Suzuka (I hate the full track there) but liking what I've found so far.

Note: 2:14.545 at Suzuka

Sign me up as a tester. I'll try to do all 3 divisions, but I'll let you know more definitively a bit later on once my schedule is more firm.

Along those lines, can we testers assume that once a tuner has posted their entry in this thread that it is "final" or do we have to wait for the tuner deadline to start testing? If so, I can start testing some cars sooner and this will make it easier from a time
perspective to test all the cars.
