Looks awesome! Really is a considerable transformation from seeing it in grey without the kit. Reminds me of my friend in NY. Keep it up!

Looking good, didn't think white suited 240s but I see it definitely does 👍 Now get some spacers on there or some wider wheels with better offsets and it will look perfect.

Awesome 240 man, love it! Even after all the problems you've had with it you've still stayed with it, you still seem dedicated too. Props to you man. 👍
Makes me wish I could hurry up and buy my first car, lol.

I'm gonna have to get different wheels. After fully understanding why u guys were talking about the offset being so high. I just want better wheels when the time comes, but yea. I Definitely want wider wheels.

Thanks

Yea haha, my co-workers would tell me to sell my car since it was always breaking down and it's old :P.

Yea I hope you get your first car too. Got tired of waiting when I was saving up for mine .-. but was so worth it.

No, don't get on Facebook much =|.

Yeah looks reallly good. As for the cables, a bit of thinner and elbowgrease should free those of paint overspray ;)

Red and White combo was a good choice 👍

Hey, I saw your car today at cars and coffee! I should have messaged you before I went but this week has been very hard for me. Anyway, the car looks fantastic, photos don't do it justice.

Didn't know you were in Indiana loll but thanks, wish I could of have met you. I personally think the photos actually do alot of justice. It needs alot of work in my opinion til I'm satisfied and unfortunately I cant do anything til probably February =(.

Yeah, I wish I could have met you, too. I wondered if it was your car but thought it was grey (which I suppose made sense, since it used to be). Don't get me wrong, it looks great in photos, but it looks so much more awesome in real life. It's one of, if not the best modified 240SX I've seen. 👍. But a car is never done!

God the back of your car is right there with the honeycomb Trans Am's. Excellent taste. I think the front bumper suits the car pretty well also. Sick car 👍

Looks sweet man, you need to turbo it now. How much paint did they get on the wheels?

Thanks

Not a lot, you would have to tell and show someone for them to notice but it still kinda sucks. I have to get rid of them anyway soon.

It may get a turbo engine next summer depending on how things go but priority is to drop the sub frames during the winter and upgrade/make them look better using my Christmas money.

Thanks, just needs better wheels and fitment =|.

Decided to update with minor changes to the car.

Start off with temporarily dying my rear seats. Was getting annoyed with the grey so I dyed them red til I can afford fabric for my seats. My grand mother will sew it in. It looks a lot better than that grey.

Had got a uncracked dash from pic a part but sold it for 160 dollars. I wanted clothes unfortunately.

You guys may have not noticed, but my tailights really looked like crap so I got goof off and got the red tint off and re did them to make it look 100x better.

Soon my right rear caliper was making weird noises. Turned out to be seized so I replaced that.

Then later for some odd reason. The 240 gods wanted to ruin my life yet again. They made my exhaust just go from worse to terrible and made this happen. I don't know what I did to deserve this =/.

image.jpg

So I bought a new exhaust and went over my friends. This was just a pain since my car is low. Had to take off the bumper and skirts and use planks to get up his driveway.

image.jpg

Since the welds broke off from all my hangers I had to take off each hanger and remove the broken pieces. All of them were so rusty. So I tried to replace each bolt. Once I did that, I put the hangers back on and hung the exhaust up and bolted it up.

image.jpg

As you can hopefully see there are three holes from the old exhaust. That's where the welds to hang the exhaust broke.

Goal now is to still keep saving, trying to be very patient. I turned in my government bonds that were given to me when I was younger so I can get a second car and let this hibernate.

I don't mean to be that guy, but the proper term is "Kouki", not Type X. The Type X was introduced before the kouki models.

Figures, should of knew since they have a kouki aero thread on Zilvia and not type x thread.

I have to say this car has come a long way. Like I said earlier, cool wheels and this car will be really nice.

That red dyed rear seat looks great!

Words of advice: Keep the KA in this car for as long as you physically can

The wheel offset seems weird, but maybe it's just me.

Nope it's not you. Offset on the wheels are complete #%^#. I'm trying to get Hyper Blavk Rota-P45's and try to give the car this type of fitment.

But I can only hope I can get the wheels next summer...

Why? Is there a bad difference? I know you just put the SR in yours.

I seriously don't get why everyone is telling me to turbo the KA, when I feel like it's better to buy a built or used sr or rb from someone.

One of few who has a clean Silvia does not post enough pictures of said Silvia.

Thanks Lol, I would post more if I didn't keep it dirty. Plus angle shots makes this car looks terrible because of that bad wheel fitment.

I've heard less than nice things about Rota.
I have as well, in fact, my friend had one of his wheels just shatter while driving, causing it to shoot up through the flooring leaving a big hole on the passanger side floor.
