I'm not going to run a specific car just yet. So you can take me off from under the MRS, Joe. I'm not really comfortable with the MRS's handling and the Subaru doesn't have the acceleration or top speed of the MRS. I may run the Standard RX7 which was one of my original choices from S1. So for now I'll just wait until the season starts and see which car is still left 👍

I was thinking more along the lines of teams with only 2 in it. It's harsh on 1 man teams as they can't join in.

The only 1 man team is Seth right now, everyone else has 2 or 3 drivers eligible to score in the team championship

How is that harsh on a 1 man team? One guy doesn't make a team. And its only for team championship anyway. The real bread and butter is the drivers championship, Something I have yet to practice for.

Harsh probably wasn't the correct word, maybe more of a shame for the single driver teams as they won't enjoy the fun of a team battle throughout the season.

I ran another little qualifying race when you left and did a 1:39.7 like I did in practice. Still not perfect but Tokyo isn't my track. I donno if I'd duplicate that time again but maybe. I don't know if I'll even make the race this weekend.

I'm going to see if I can find a time slot to qualify before tomorrow's race, but if not I will gladly just start from the back of the pack. This is going to be my 2nd wheel race, and I rather focus on not getting me or anyone else into trouble. I'll monopolize on the drivers who make mistakes and fall to the back of the pack. 👍

I'm getting ready to run this Gate race at 1pm pst and then so afterwards ill post my lounge's room number so we can offically get season 2 started. I was so slow driving the gate trimmed Cusco that I didn't even qualify. They're running 28's and 29's at Mazda and I can only manage a 31's on a super lap. Most of my laps were 32's, but I was more on pace with my Jstc Cusco so I'm feeling good about this evenings race. Can wait to see you guys on track again.

For some reason I was hitting every wall possible and couldn't get any clean laps. And then someone tried a move on me that wasn't on and spun me, after that I'd had enough. I will now not be racing any races when I'm not at my house with my wheel set up.

Zach I don't know what happened in turn 1 when I rammed you but I was taking a normal line on the inside of a few of you guys and you were nearly at a standstill, sorry.

Could a UK guy save the replay so I can see what happened.

Man I need this practice run, I'm plugging the plug on all other series (which means do an arrive and drive) and focusing my attn to this series. Imo this is the funnest one so far, and make me feel like I'm really preparing for an a real race. And now with the wheel settings, chassis settings, and now tire options & pit strategy this is going to take full preparation to have front runner pace. The only thing I noticed that we have to add is a wrong tire choice penalty for not selecting both compounds at least once the entire race. I say it should be a 30sec drive thru penalty for this epic mistake. Maybe even more because a tire stint can easily be 15 laps and if a driver is clocking 2 secs faster then he wouldn't experience a penalty for screwing up, so maybe 45 secs is better.

All & all this series is the 🤬!!!
