Time penalties are better as they're almost like a drive thru penalty after the race. Which would elevate other's positions that were affected by the said person who is penalized. 👍

To the experienced GT racers... Is it just me or is Mazda speedway a very tough circuit?

I love this place, I hit it with ease. I could probably go side by side with someone down the cork-screw if I had too. Back in the day I couldn't handle it but since GT5 its been one of my favorite tracks. Just make sure you clock 300km of laps and you should have a pretty solid line. My problem turn is T4 if I had to list one.

It is tough , sector 3 and 4 I find the most challenging . 3 and 4 have a tight racing line to get the most time.

1 23 2 was my pb yesterday .

I'll be doing practice/qualifying later on. Couple hours time. The car has a Frankenstein setup, my dampers and alignment with Zachs springs, etc so will be interesting to see how it works since I usually make cars worse!

I have work until 6 pm uk time , il be qualfying today so ill post when i need a steward .

If your running 1'23's then the Celica reg's seem good to me. I'll only hit a low 1'23 catching a draft around here! 👍

I'm loading ugabugaz replays to my ps3 now, I hope this works. :nervous:

This track suits the celica because the straights arent long enough , this is more a mid range track than top end

From this round onwards I'll be switching to the Premium RX-7. Bold move but I have more confidence in it than any of the other chassis.

Same here, I like the way the car flows through the middle of the turn.

Will be practcting/qualifying soon. And as for the weekly bodily function update Im sick again. :nervous: :P

1:23s? I'm not going to race here sorry. Working too much and I'd rather run my easy, no need for spec-ing, series where I don't have to rely on people who want to take advantage of being a "steward" (not that I'm saying any of you are) but go to the link in my signature. Simplistic fun

Thats kind of implying it... lol.
I'll say this series dosent have that going on as the stewards do drive different cars (Seth:Gara, Joe:Subaru, Ale: Lexus, etc).
We (well rather they, I havent tested all cars) make sure things are kept even best we can.
In any case yeah see ya.

Sorry to hear that, Spazmaticality, but no worries :)

On a side note, I was in the Celica last race, and will probably continue using it for the rest of the series.

These guys put together a really cool series. And the dudes running in it who aren't stewards are pretty cool too. Even when a fella like me has poor car control while around other cars.

My first 30 miles around here so far... 1.25s yuck! I need to run at the back of the pack this week so I don't accidentally pizz anyone off, again.

What's weird is everyone forgot about the Silvia, '03 RX-7 and '03 Garaiya
