And were suppose to give this guy +10 more hp!

Lol , the car is just fast in the twisties like the arta , so if the arta has 374 i think its only fair , i think .

Maybe it would be better to lower the arta to 364 and keep the celica at 364 .

The real problem is when the heavy ballast comes on the car , thats when the 364 really shows.

That car are fine how it is IMO. The Celica already has a huge amount of ballast, so the excuse of when it gets ballast it's not good is kinda funny to me. The car weighs 1050kg stock, the regs have it over 100kg heavier than what it is. That means when you get ballast you can only go to 1250kg as opposed to other cars like the Garaiya that can go to 1375kg!

I finally got my car to hit a 1:51.991 after an hour and a half. :)
1:52.2's is about my speed around Grand Valley. brakes 6/7 and downforce 32/50 at the moment. This track likes the negative toe. 👍

I think its important to have those little heat races before the main on Saturday. It helps with understanding how the race is going to play out.

Yup, I know where to pass you now, but you know how to break my draft. LOL.

Yea there really isn't anywhere to pass cleanly, you pretty much have to stay on the tail of the leading car and follow them around all the way around the track so you can draft pass them down the straight-away. There will be incidents here. Going into the hairpin after the high speed S section, if someone gets it wrong the drivers will come together before the hairpin and someone will be on he bad end of the stick for certain. I'm glad I learned to just follow thru that section so I won't cause any incidents there.

Reading that it sounds like a really good idea to really, really perfect your braking point into the corner before the straight, and test many different lines through it. For overtaking and defending against it.

I'm pretty sure joe found a glitch in the game that doesn't allow his car to be drafted.

I kid I kid.

I'm stuck at 51.7, 10 laps within .100 seconds of eachother... suppose I should qualify.

It's possible to overtake through the s section before the hairpin. Provided you both give space. Me and Pepsi have done it. Pretty much entire first sector side by side lol

Lots of places to overtake here , and the track is wide enough for side by side action , you just have to give and take and know where to yield .

I wont be able to make this race as I have a project to do for school. Its been a great season and I look forward toward seeing everyone in season 2!

It's really a give-and-take track, and you have to know where the other guy is at all times.
And you cant just dive-bomb and enter too shallow either, if not you're in the door of the other fella.
Found all this out in a short race.

It all has to be planned. But if it is, you can actually run door to door alot as Zach said.
And I found out the draft one the straights is so bad (even when set to weak) that you can lose 7 car lengths in an instant.:scared:

Thats a pity man. Looking forward to season 2 too. :)

Anyone around to Qualify me? I wasn't going to be racing this weekend as i'm away at my girlfriends but i brought it with me as it's the season finale, (she is not impressed).

Only problem is i have to race with my DS3, which i a second slower than my wheel times.

Yeah I'm still on but not for long! I just want to get a lap time in so at least I'll start ahead of the people who don't qualify (if there is any)

The races I've missed this season are because I've been here but as this is the last race I had to bring it lol.

After video replay it's impossible to get a photo mode shot showing the lap as dirty. By just afew pixels it's clean lol.
