I'm so beyond glad that he's actually working to fix these issues. PD doesn't have any real experience with paid DLC, so even though they hit some snags, it's great that they already figured out a solution in less than a week.

You have to "read between the lines", mate.

Yes it has been stated several times that there is an update coming in December that will allow purchased DLC to be available to all accounts on a PS3. This will be in effect in December. Anyone who has purchased the DLC already, at that point in December, will then have it available to all accounts on that PS3. Since that is an update on the PS3, anyone who purchases after that date will automatically have the DLC available for all accounts on that PS3, and the people who purchased it already will also have that ability; starting on that date. Again, I fail to see what is so difficult to understand...

The part "have already purcheased" & "Family Pack" puzzles me. You know the Sony business, maybe they planing to offer later the 1 account DLC pack & a separate, more expensive "Family Pack". Because that's how it sounds to me.

I don't believe we will get any new cars this year, but if we do get some new road cars one I expect to see (don't be shocked) is the 2011/2012 Nissan GT-R as there is a significant difference.

With the ability to use the DLC on multiple accounts could one not buy the DLC paint on their main account, make a sub account, send their cars to the sub accounts, paint them and send them back? Although there is a 1 car a day limit on sending, a person could have a fleet of 15 polarized #10 cars in a month without paying anything extra. They could even trade them to people, giving people a reason not to buy the DLC.

So before we all get to excited I guess someone could try to gift a DLC painted car...

Who cares? It's a GAME item. The paints should be able to be duplicated because the paint system to begin with is incredibly broken. :/

While it won't be detrimental to gameplay, it will take away part of the reason people payed for the chips in the 1st place... Oh well, I guess your right

That's possible & already tested here from an forum member.

But nothing bad about it. Because the freakin' DLC paints are "one use only" & "not tradeable". So sending a DLC painted car is the only way to paint more of your cars, if you are not $ Prince Dubai $.

And don't forget the 1mil car trading limit. So it works not for all cars. If you see an DLC painted Enzo, then the guy wasted his DLC paint on it, for real.

Different pricing depending on the type of paint, eg. regular color is cheapest, matte/chrome/color shift most expensive.
Buy paintshop DLC once, then we can buy paint with game credits anytime. Even if a chrome paint chip costs 50,000 CR I don't think people will mind.

It's not the word sold. You would never just write the う. You would need the rest of the verb for anything to make sense. 'Sold' is actually 売った (u.tta) or 売りました (u.rima****a).

My guess is, it's more like 'oops'. As in 'oh crap, I didn't realize that we included a scene of the x2011 driving on the test course and we were saving that dlc as a secret for december.'

It is just bits, this cannot be reality? PD should say openly if Sony demands the DLC to be region locked. Region lock on DLC does not make any sense because you can play games from other regions with any PS3.

An oval it may be.. but its a better way of testing your car's top speed instead of that Route 11 crap. That track is good but, its not really ideal.

Also, sorry this may be slightly off topic (sorry) but there is a bit in the new Opening Movie toward the end that looks like some kind of highway or a bit like test course with the X2K11 driving along it. Has guard rails, and over-head 'L' shaped signs with numbers on them, very long straight stretch of road.

400m, 1000m and top speed testing (machine tests from previous GT's), also it could be used for drag racing online.

Would be awesome to do some night racing & drag racing on it. Very unique with the lights there. :tup:
