I'm not talking about the week delay, I'm talking about the cars and paint being one use only in the first place. There is nothing to say that was Sony's choice, Kaz said on twitter "The entitlement to these non-onetime DLC’s can’t be attributed to the PS3 console." So the fact they are non-onetime is the problem, but whose fault was that? PD, they made the DLC and created the 2.0 update. It also says Sony didn't force them to do it but simply that the PS3 system doesn't allow non-onetime DLC to be attributed to the console, only the user.
"but there is nothing like that in the PSN setup, and we can only assign the entitlements per User ID." Is what he said. Sony didn't force anything, it's part of the PSN/PS3 setup for non-onetime DLC.
So again, the entire problem is that the DLC isn't onetime use/payment.
