Kaz, please for the love of god bring back the daily specials for both Standard and premium, I'll love you forever.
Sincerely, Most of GTP.

I'd love to see wheels on Standard cars as much as the next guy, but I really hope they tweak the car sounds first... Don't even know if they consider it to be a "problem".

He now seems to be talking about a data logger for GT5 in the new Toyota GT 86.

THIS. That would make it the best update ever, together with the new physics on Spec2.

Ah, the daily specials... countless nights waiting for the green TE-37 from the Takata NSX and some others.

Putting M5 rims on the M3... OMG. that was good.

Offtopic a bit,
But YEAH! The Takata Te37's, the 787B Rims, and even the steelies and VW Hubcaps.

MY GOD. If that become possible, I'll love GT5 500% more. I've got 650 standard cars waiting for this like a child wait for santa.

Indeed. My Pontiac GTO's need some aftermarket wheel loving. Implementing the "Today's Special" would add the only thing I feel GT5 is missing.

Wheels are NOT confirmed, PD are just going to look at the options dont get your hopes up yet guys.

I feel you. I mean I certainly welcome the feature as I've always been wanting to change the wheels on some of the standards too, but hearing people that such feature will be a game changer, and that it'll make the game 500% more favorable, just amazes me. We hear many complaints that the standards should just be taken off as a whole, so it's a bit ironic that so many are also wanting the "changing wheels" feature on them. If I were PD, I'd be really confused.

Anyway yeah, more tracks would certainly do more just for the game. However, on an unrelated note, I don't get why many of you are expecting a Spec 3 update. I understand expecting a Spec 3 update in GT5P, but for GT5 at this point of its stage? I just figured from this point on, it's just going to be DLC, and minor bug fixes for updates. Of course, I could be wrong. I'm just the type of not wanting to ask too much, nor put pressure on them especially if they're trying to concurrently develop GT6. If we are able to change wheels on standards, I don't think it calls for a Spec 3 title.

NOBODY talked about the option to change wheels on standards to be a Spec 3 eligible feature.

Anyway, lets get back on topic. I hope somebody that speaks japanese can translate the last tweets as there's a lot of info.

I agree. In fact i'd go as far as to say even if all standards became premiums, which would be brilliant, it's not a spec change as it really isn't a new feature. It really should be in there anyway.

Anyway whatever comes our way i will welcome

Here's the Google Translate, for what it's worth.....
Premium grades of GT5 level I'm at the interior impossible. I do not think less is better and models. RT @ mitunory: @ version and VITA Kaz_Yamauchi GT6 is all I have even reduced the number of premium cars in the car. I can reproduce it in a car interior perspective Portable Need for Speed. (¯ ▽ ¯;)
Does Kazunori say standard cars will be in GT6?

Is it only me or is it a bit unprofessional that Kaz only tweets in Japanese? I mean Japanese gamers makes not even 10% of the market.

But yeah, at least he tweets, I know.

A question for his followers: Does Kazunori ever ask you directly what you (or we, as gamers) would like to see differently in the GT games? Or is it more often that he writes what's on his mind or what is going on in his life?

He said important tweets will be in english also, plus he is replying to Japanese tweets. When he replies to English tweets he will write in English.

Well not exactly in-game, not in our game. Look at that Eifel course. It's beautiful, not dull like what we have in game :/

Ain't gonna get it.
Why ?
Did they show us Spa in a fancy trailer ? Did they show us the TC's ? Did they show us the N-24 GTR ? No.
I'm going by, from now on that if they show it in a trailer, we're never going to get it.

Q1: No, not that I've ever read. Q2: Very little.
As best I can tell, every tweet he's ever written has been discussed here. He doesn't tweet very often.

Looks pretty much ready for "distribution".

I think it will come together with the 2012 GT-R in the next update.

But, that's my humble opinion.

BTW, the japanese GT site shows the Toyota version.

In my opinion, it would be quite cool if this car would be "regional"...either Toyota or Scion, depending on your region.
If they follow precedence, then we should get 13 more cars in addition to these two you've listed.
I wonder if all of those tracks shown in the video are already in the game. There were a couple I didn't recognize...aside from the generic ones (Eifel, etc).

They just use an optimised rendering of GT5 content. It is solely for movies like this. The shadows are good, the reflections are better and the smoke is without fault. Everything you see is not exactly in game. Although much is similar to in-game, by no means is it a conformation it will be in the game.

We have seen dozens of these movies. It is just a very nice way to advertise GT and a new car. Don't read anything in to it.

I have to say from all the other trailers we did get the car so It's pretty preasumable we'll get these cars for free or as paid-DLC.

We can say a preview of GT6 on the PS4 :)

Edit: Anyway, another unimportant car (at least for me)... Man this game feels so dusty when you look at the cars in the game... Here in germany there is a TV show where they tested the new M5 on the Nürburgring and also tested it in Forza 4. And then they called Forza 4 the best racing sim at the moment. Wish they were also be able to test the new M5 in GT5 but seems like we will only get Japanese cars from now on and in the future...

Here´s the video:
