I'm at the point that I want to start a campaign to get Kaz off his fat butt to start fixing the issues that PD have caused in v1.10. The constant disconnections, the amount of times that you freeze and wait for up to 5 minutes for the game to load up your garage, or do settings, or set your driving options, is driving me 🤬 INSANE!!

If we can start this and get the ball moving this might drill the point home in Kaz's head to get up and fix what he broke!! So if you have a spare 20 seconds, please go to his Twitter and say the following sentence (copy & paste if you need to):

Thanks for translation dude! I think basic Spec updates will be free, with probably the standards going into premium + new photomode locations etc. New cars (Cars currently not in-game) + new tracks will probably be paid DLC.

I don't have anything ("not much" to tell the truth) against paying reasonably significant amounts of money for large and indivisible GT5 Prologue-sized updates with many different cars, tracks and new features. What I hope is that there won't be single item DLC. For example things like 1 track/5$, 1 car/2$ or similar things. "Convenience" packs (just the thought makes me go rolling on the floor laughing) are a no-no too in my opinon.

If "single item" DLC will be added, then my guess is that the next patch will include them in the game data and DLC will be some sort of unlock codes to be able to use them (otherwise you couldn't join online races with people using them). If "expansion pack"-like DLC will be added, then they will be probably handled like those in famous online MMORPGs.

I fear I will be highly disappointed regarding this, however...

The one and only thing I could want is a livery editor. I would love some old GT4 tracks as well. In the end I like the game how it is now anything more they add will be a huge bonus. 👍

A few things strike me about the latest tweet regarding DLC etc:

1. It's nice to know that Kaz and PD seem to be supporting GT5 further and not solely focusing on GT6 👍

It's not a "probably" as in "maybe", but more like as in "according to our timetable". If for example next patch will introduce new bugs, I guess they will fix them first.
Anyway, I still maintain that DLC microtransactions are like venom and cancer for gamers and the gaming industry and people shouldn't be talking about them as something that should have been included since the release date.

Classic Track Pack (all the tracks from previous GT games not included in GT5.)
