I think people fail to realize that putting bikes in GT will affect the car roster only as much as a TT2 would.

He was asked if they would be in the game and even though he never said a blatant no, you can infer from his answer he never seriously considered including them.

I definately hope for TT2 instead of GT5 with bikes as I realy have no interest in racing bikes with my wheel. Maybe they will also develope some kind of handle bar set up for TT2, but playing with a wheel or even stepping back to a controller for a bike is of no interest to me.

Actualy because it's Gran Tourismo no bikes. PD should make TT2 and if YOU want bikes YOU can go spend YOUR money on a feature that does not belong in GT at all.

I'd rather get it free with GT.

I don't get what people's issue with having TT combined with GT is. Separate vehicles, separate races, separate license tests, separate completion percentage. Using bikes would be entirely optional.

Hey guys, someone create a Poll.

Since Kaz mentions that depending on fans, he can either make BIKES appear in Gran Turismo 5, or to create a separate game such as the TT2.

As for me, I would love for PD to create a Game after GT5 release, but not a separate one, but an expansion or an ADD one to Gran Turismo 5. I would love to see how some of the bikes compare with some of the cars.

I doubt that Polyphony is even planning on making standalone ship, helicopter, and plane simulations.

I said I'd rather get it free. It would undoubtedly make more sense for Polyphony to make a separate TT game instead.

Let's not forget that driving includes all of those. It could still be called "The real driving simulator".

I agree though, GT5 has always been about cars. Nothing stops PD from including bikes in GT5 but PD have already shown that they would rather put bikes in their own game.

Put it this way, you are getting your favorite car game EVER and on top of that, they give you the option to show you the world of motorsports on two wheels for free! That's a bit of an extreme example. Cars and bikes together is nowhere near as absurd as God of War with snipers and airstrikes.
