Lower left is most definitely a 993-gen Porsche 911... but the front spoiler and wing are a bit deceiving in the pic. Could be a Carrera RS or a GT2.

I honestly don't care because I FREAKING LOVE BOTH OF THEM!!! GIMME MY 993 NOW!!!
Yeah... I had a hunch...

So the police cars are not available for purchase? That to me means that there is a new event to unlock them in, as I doubt they will be very expensive. (Or maybe they will be in MiEx)

I can tell PD's finally starting to play catchup with modern production cars and I'm glad that's the case. Either way I'm still hype to see the 2017 Ford GT, that's my most anticipated car in the pack.

Interesting to see them opt for the 993 Carrera RS Clubsport; I believe this is the first game to actually feature this trim of the 993.

As for the Crown Athlete, I believe this is the first game overall to have a playable S210-generation model; previous games have usually featured an S180 model (Street Supremacy, Import Tuner Challenge, both of which are TXR/Shutokou Battle games) and the S200-model Crown Athlete features in Maxi Tune 4 onwards.

Definitely looking forward to this update, but I'm sure you already knew that by now!

It's the Carrera RS Club Sport, which came with the big GT2 wing.
Yes, it's the *ready to race* version, I'd rather have the *normal* road version. But don't misunderstand me, I'm still really happy to have a 993, and we'll be able to make better Cups with it anyway.

So, every Porsche in the game, bar the Taycan, have roll cages? Suhweet! I feel every player should have all the Porsches, at the very least.

Definitely a marmite statement. Having not had Porsche license in (most) games for so long before GTS came out, I'm not that fussed about Porsche cars. I only have about 2 road cars

WAIT, WHERE ARE THE POLICE CARS?!
Yes probably the milage store.
About that, I seem to get the very same pace car BMW M4 there all the time. Just noticed after I'd bought the same care twice already xD
Silly that it's not marked as purchased already.

Crown specs.
The 6 cylinder, double overhead camshaft naturally aspirated engine has 4 valves per cylinder and a displacement of 3.5 litres. This unit provides power and torque figures of 311 bhp (315 PS/232 kW) at 6400 rpm and 377 Nm (278 lbft/38.4 kgm) at 4800 rpm respectively. The power is transferred to the wheels by means of an 8 speed automatic gearbox. Claimed kerb weight is 1650 kg.

It's no TOM'S X540, but it'll do nicely.

Maybe these are the colors

According to wikipedia the current "S220" Crown has these engines:

I assume the one we get is the 3.5 hybrid which may make it Gr.X?

As Australians many of us LOVE the Japanese RWD type cars... so amazing.

That looks hot. Even though its only a 2.0 turbo but is an RWD Camry.

This is what many of us have always wanted.

Can't wait to relieve my inner Wangan Midnight in Tokyo Expressway.

One thing I did notice is that the Golf has different bumpers than before. The car in GT6 had the standard smaller metal bumpers. Now it has the larger plastic covered ones. I personally don't care for the plastic ones as much but I can't complain. We've got a Golf I now!

This isn't a current S220 Crown Athlete, however, so the engines are a bit different on this S210 model.

Starts with a 2.5, then a 3.5 V6, a 2.5 Hybrid and a 2.0 Turbo. I'd be surprised if it's either of the 2.5 options. Hopefully it's the V6 just to fit the 'old school' RWD saloon with big petrol six cylinder niche the game hasn't got much of.
