You should run it on R5's.

Thanks, I forgot how much fun the speed 12 is.
Thanks AndersonG22 for catching my error. I updated the benchmark list and I should be able to keep updating on a semi regular basis as my family buisness has quieted down, but is by no means over.
Flynn, you can lay your stock pile on me.
[snip]...The stage 4 turbo has more hp then the "Original" one from tuner village...[/snip]
Just so you're aware, the St.4 Turbo has higher peak HP, but the original usually has a much broader (and therefore, lower) torque band.
I was afraid of that, so I figured I'd let you in on it. Unfortunately, GT seems to focus only on HP, whereas torque (the means by which HP is produced, incidentally) is somewhat left underrepresented. If you purchase both an original and St.4 turbo for the same car, go into the parts change menu and switch back and forth between them while paying attention to the green line on the engine map in the upper right corner of the screen. Yellow is HP and green is torque. Usually with the St.4 kit, the green line starts way low and gradually builds toward a late peak. Typically with the original kit, the green line still peaks later, but it builds a lot faster and has a broader rev range.
They don't do the explanations justice in-game, IMHO. Hope this helps.

At first, I had problems getting used to this car; especially the shifting points. But after a few tries, I could manage a fast and clean lap. Now this looks like a new benchmark, doesn't it?

Take a look at Clubman Rt 5 with a stock MX-5 Miata '89 on S2 tires with oil change.

This is a truly awesome combo, I love the Miatas, they're just sooooo chuckable, but easy to correct and forgiving.
My first lap was a 1'18.365, then I got into a rhythm, while listening to Pink Floyd's "Echoes" and I came out with this as a final entry:

Not required at all, but if you're offering, I'd like to see it. Just curious where you cut out the slop in my laps.
