My race review.

To start with i was not going to do this race, because i have been gokarting all day and i am shattered. So i though i might as well show up because i could get 2nd in the championship.

I was rather lucky with my starting place on the grid because i started 2nd. Because my car is fast down the straight i pulled a lead coming into the first corner. When everyone was fighting away behind me i was trying to get my head down and pull away, but Tom was too quick for me and he pulled in my 4 second. We were having a good fight but i managed to miss my braking point and i SMASHED into the barre. Tom was now miles away and i had Xeriff up my @ss and we started to had a good fight, but somehow Xeriff spun (i don't know if i hit you some if i did sorry). Then i had a lonely race trying to catch up Tom but my attempts to catch him up were all hopeless, because he was just too quick. So i managed to finish 2nd and to get 2nd overall in the championship.

This was by far one of the most fun races we have had in the season, anyone who didn't attend has really missed out!

For this race we decided to scrap qualifying, a 15 mile out-lap wasn't appealing to anyone and another 30 miles just to get two times in seemed ridiculous!

I was allocated a spot in the middle of the grid but still in a good position to attack the first corner. I got a good start and moved my way up the field quickly, moving closer to Esprit all the while.

Me and Esprit had a really good fight for the first half of lap one, exchanging the lead several times, until Esprit made a fatal error. I was handed the lead and didn't let go for the rest of the race!

It was a really nice ending to the maiden season on LCS, we had the day/night cycle set perfectly to start in the afternoon, progress through night and end in the morning. Pictures coming soon!

5 unforced errors by me :< Nothing to do with you. Great series and I'm started to get more comfortable with the wheel. I think we 'clanked' once as we were side to side. It wasnt anybody's fault and no-one was disadvantage.

Congrats to Baku for the win and he's just too damn fast. About 15-20 seconds faster round the track than I was. I guess we all need more practice and track time to get close. There isnt any issue with beating his lap times, it's beating them consistently is where the work needs to be done.

Bring on the speed6!
