I'm going to equip my Civic with a fully customisable limited slip diff and suspension so i can experiment with handling setups. Sorry if I sound a bit thick for not discovering they don't the PP level sooner

Hi, I was going to register (found this thread friday), when a question popped up.

The car I'm going to use is a new one (0 km), so as I'll be using it, it will gain power (and PP). So what's the proper thing to do in this situation? (given the restriction on the power limiter, it may happen you need to cut beyond 95%)

PS: If this has been asked and answered already, I apologize, but there's already 82 pages on this thread.

Since I used my NSX-R with a Wing on the Pre Season, I knew how fast it could be. The only difference is that badboy's NSX wasn't as light as my NSX was/is. I took the lead on the race because of my fear ( of the dark xD ) that his NSX could be way faster than mine on cold tyres. That wasn't the case however, and I left him behind. The next time, I wish that we can race on his track. It's a really nice track and it can give him the edge on a battle. I wish him luck for the next battles that he has.
(btw, I think that the complete name of the track is Horsefish Pass.)

It hasn't been asked. As long as it meets the restrictions, it'll be fine, you may have to remove some mods to meet the specs. If you are using a car >500PP, you can use the limiter and ballast. Its good practice to do the oil change before modding. Alternatively, you'll have to do modding adjustments. Worst case scenario, you'll have to repurchase the car to meet the regulations.

I was reading the last pages and I cant agre with the idea of banning some drivetrains from this competition. This is a street competition, so the restrictons should be based on street legal or non street legal. If restrictions go so far as its been discussed, I think the hole principles of this series will be lost. Love the way this series are and my FR machine can beat any 4WD in this series, only depending on my skills (except MONSTAR,I think this guy is a touge ghost, LOLOL - hope to race you soon)

In other way, would love to see more under 500pp cars. I have a lot of 450pp cars needing to run in touge. Maybe I´ll choose one for next seasons

Have fun!!

Toughest Battle Yet:
Round 1: I chase and start to put pressure on CrossFade in hope that he will make a mistake which did not happen and i kept a soilld gap between us until the end.

Round 2: CrossFade chases and applies the same pressure on me hoping i would crack which i did and lightly damaged me car but it wasn't enough to pass me so we go on to Round 3.

Round 3: I chase again and i apply more pressure this time even tho i had damage, Due to room LAG CrossFade's car was abit jumpy but i pushed forward on a pass that looked open And due to room LAG we had a little contact where both cars got damaged. But i still managed to pass and we pushed on until CrossFade flung in the towel due to damage.

Even tho the room was LAGGY it was still a very good clean battle.....

Laggy room on my part. But VERY clean. Every round was intense! Great battle for my first official race. Hope to have more like it ^-^

I have an idea for a 'best rookie' award for drivers who have joined LotS with very little or no experience in touge racing

How would you define the win? Just as long as they have never participated in LotS before?

So it's basically Legend of the Streets award to the best new comer. Correct?

Hannibaal lead 1st lap and couldnt get past the FD but crossed the line right behind him.
I lead 2nd lap and pulled open a 4 second gap.
Clean racer as ive raced him before.

It is quite difficult to explain but I think it would work in that way. it was just an idea that popped into my head really.

Scrap the 'best rookie' award and maybe introduce an award for the battle that has produced the most excitement and entertainment.

Side note: I'll be refraining from challenging 500PP cars and try and concentrate on the lower end of the scale since I'm the underdog in the field.

I had a 6 round race with vasho lol. But wasn't vert exciting. Also I've got a replay of Wardez and another guy, forget his name, that was pretty insane. Rex vs R1.
