SolidSnake wanted to go for grip gambler... but I can't beat him off the line cause of the PP difference. So I asked for an Handicap, where I would lead into the first corner. I think that fits pretty nicely, especially if there's a PP difference in handicap if we still want to do a 1 lap battle.

I think grip gambler isn't so appropriate for 4WD against FR because from what I've seen with Vasho you get a pretty significant advantage in acceleration at the start with 4WD. Just my opinion although an handicap could work as well but if the PP is equal then it would be hard to decide so it might be better to just do cat and mouse.

The Handicap is done in such a way that, the race starts as I enter the first corner. So it's still a 1 lap battle but with me going into the first corner.

From Initial D, it's like when Takumi takes on the Emperors, where Takumi gets a head start.

And battles are all decided by the two rivals, if they are both happy with it. then that'll be the battle conditions... no hard and fast rules... just between the two rivals.

Thats true. 4WD has a significant advantage at the start.

Btw. - working on the promo video for our team :dopey:

It's a shame the game doesn't let you turn off the annoying flashing circle that appears when you are driving a course in reverse. That way, we could do endurance cat and mouses in both directions.

I guess you can still do that if you have 2 players which can agree to that... hehe... yeah. that'll be pretty cool.

i've changed the oil and washed my car... now it has 456PP is that ok?

Yeah, that's okay for now...

Remember, whenever you confirm the results, you you can also add in your opponent's battle rating to boost their reputation. The battle rating economy is purely managed by your rivals.

This is to encourage clean and respectful racers among each other.

The first bounty is up. Once a rival win 3 races in a row and above, bonus score points will be given to the person who manages to beat him/her. So who will beat the undefeated Knight_Spirit?

Confirmed. 5/5 for you too. I wish I had driven more defensively there though!

It's like what you said. If the PP is almost the same, it doesn't matter much. Against the same person (SolidSnake7735), I was the one that got ahead in the straight.

Just thought of something. Maybe the Season should have a limited amount of races you can do, that way one driver doesnt have an advantage over another because he's doing race after race. Maybe there should be a limit of 20 races each or something. what do you think?

Yeah it would be closer that way so say you could do 25 races In a 3 week season so person 1 had done all his races in 2 weeks and person 2 had 10 still to do with 1 week to go but he might not get them all done so that means almost FULL commitment.

Yeah 25 races is good, just as long as there is a limit. Otherwise Driver A could do 50 races and driver B might only be able to do 20 or 25. If theres a limit everyone gets a fair chance at getting the maximum points in a season.

Yeah sounds good or maybe 20 per week
