hey guys whats up long time no see im proud to say that this season im back i had to take a bit of a brake from gt5 in general do to real life reasons but im back to where i love to be lots and i just wanted to say im looking forward to an amazing season

Had to change the BHP of my A class car, it lost around 50pp in the update, so i had to get it to 420hp, which sets it at a nice 473pp, should be fun to try out!

Well, I had opened a lobby, driven a bit them fell asleep shortly thereafter. I'll see if when I get home from work tonight I have enough energy to fight the wheel. If so, I'll host a lobby and sign my cars up for this season.

As it seems I am fighting a losing battle trying to keep this racing league afloat...
There has been little activity this season and no interest in the last few side seasons.
As it stands right now to me, LotS has seen its last season due to every that has happened over the last 2-3 months.

I don't think Lots is dead. I just think we need to fan out the touge appeal. I mean, we kind of are isolated from the rest of the GT community. I see many racers with similar touge restrictions but how to gather them into a official league is the problem since touge is naturally freelance. I think we need something like the old TOSS thread to attract more attention.

Also, most of the attention to touge is focused around the tuning threads and you see a bit of it in the drifting threads as well. Since this thread is in the Clubs/Leagues forums people only find this thread of it catches their eye in the front page of the thread list or if they're referred to LotS by someone else. And as Wynter said, it's mostly freelance. Touge on GT5 is far from dead, but not many people know a about LotS or let alone wtf touge is.

To be brutally brutally honest, I have to side with Shadow on this matter. The problem that I see is that people are simply not willing to commit to running in a season when they sign up, which really annoys me.

Also lots of people are just bored of GT5 and are demanding GT6, especially with the imminent PS4 announcement.

The most likely theory is that the PP changes screwed up a lot of tunes for people and they simply don't have the time to retune their cars.

Only to find myself kicked/blocked before I could even select anything (It was literally load-then-kick)

The screen did say ''disconnected from server" right after loading, but any attempt to rejoin gave the "blocked from entering" message.

Maybe it was a glitch on PD's part, my trans has been flipped from Manual to Auto randomly on its own as well lately...

It does that a lot.

That usually happens when you drive a cat with a CVT, such as a Prius.

I hope more people sign up for this season.
